The staff never helpful, supposedly need a room where 5 people can stay, the staff said, cannot help you you cancel this one then go back to expedia and book another, which i did, expedia said playsis is all taken i am GLAD i didn’t cancel my booking at playsis, 5th friend decided to leave… Staff never offer anything or recommend another hotel, staff needs to know to suggest or recommend something during this critical period

It was a short walk to Asakusa and there was a lot to do there as well as lots of transport options.

A perfectly simple and clean property. Stayed with family of four in the bunk room and found it great as a home base four adventuring. The only downside worth mentioning is that it is a bit of a walk with young children to the nearest transport and dining options in Asakusa.

Me and my family stay here for 7 days and we enjoyed our whole stay here. Free pastries and coffee for breakfast, easy checkin , has passcode to the main gate and our room. Comfortable bed, clean room , good aircon, free toiletries. Very convenient to everything. Near subway station, convenient stores, Sensoji temple, Tokyo skytree and a lot of restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this to everyone. I will come back here again. They communicate to you via email for any questions. Thank you Playsis Asakusa for our wonderful stay in Japan.

Check-in procedure was unique and efficient. Laundry services were inadequate - limited washing machines and dryer which was inefficient in drying the clothes.

A quick walk from Asakusa station made the property great to get around from. Didn't like the fact that breakfast had no variety or that the beds/futons were a little on the harder side compared to others we stayed at.

It was not really far from the train station or Tokyo SkyTree that the good about location, but never enough hot water to make coffee in the morning, not vacuum available, not even an apple or orange in the morning.

only good for sleeping.
the 4 bunk room had little space to sit around and for luggage. the lounge was not kept clean and trash was not cleared daily. it is still a good place if only for sleeping.

very convenient.
Great location near the SensojiTemple. We were traveling with 8 students and this was perfect for us. Also very close to a great little convenience (Lawson) which was very helpful for grabbing a quick breakfast. I would stay here again.

Creo que puede mejorar, aunque todo estuve bien. Como el desayuno es sólo un pan y hay café o té. Eso lo pueden mejorar o mejor quitarlo.
