A fantastic new little hotel in a great area. The rooms are smartly designed and spaced, and the staff are warm and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
omo was the best! The pictures do not do this hotel justice. This room was such an amazing spot to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. It’s in a business district, so at night it’s a lot of happy hour and corporate people. There are a ton of restaurants in the area with seven-eleven two doors down and the metro are close by. The staff are so kind and we’re so helpful with our luggage, checking in and out and providing us with extra amenities and even local snacks! There’s also a coffee shop connected to the hotel that was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!
The hotel entrance is a bit hidden for first time visitors. It is very conveniently located where there are lots of restaurants and close to metro station for easy commute. Check in was quick and the staff were helpful. The room was not big but bright and clean. Good for visitors who just want to have a place to sleep after a long day sightseeing around Tokyo.
The only negative was that the room is small and has no storage for clothes or suitcases. There was a small area with 4 hangars. Positives...clean, helpful staff, cafe for breakfast and in a good area for using the subway to get around Tokyo.
Very convenient location to access Metro. Lots of restaurants around the area. My only concern is all receptionists are very young and seems less experience answering my questions.
Nice clean room, great location, basically everywhere in Tokyo is ~20mins away.
Rooms are a little small, we had two big suitcases and had to pack them away everyday to make space, would stay again though 🙌
Modern and chic hotel with very clean rooms and minimal design. Only thing is hotel rooms are small (enough for Tokyo standard) great location and many restaurant options in the area which is great. Close to subway stop akasaka mitsuke (5 min) , which is a place that you can easily travel to other popular areas like Tokyo station, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza by subway.
so comfortable in room and all facilities are in good conditions, nice experience!

I requested an extension time for check-out which was granted by front desk. However, the cleaner was not informed properly hence walked into my room while I was changing. This is one of the worst mistakes that a hotel can make. Upon bringing this concern to the staff, I was denied a refund for the extension time and was given cookies as an apology gift. Due to this disappointing experience, I will not be returning as a hotel guest.
I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location, with easy access to several metro stations. The neighborhood offers many dining options.
Neat and tidy place to stay. The room is small as per usual Tokyo standard, but good value. Akasaka is a convenient district with plenty of restaurants.

The hotel service and IT system is targeting self-service by the hotel guests. The setup is quite ok but there is a major missing piece --CLEAR step-by-step instructions. Have no idea how to check-in and check-out.
In particular, the hotel.com reservation code cannot be used for check-in.
