Fantastic location in the heart of Shibuya. Property was well-maintained, room was quite spacious (by Japan standards) and staff were friendly and accommodating. Not much else I could ask for. Enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend to anyone traveling to Shibuya on a mid-budget.

The rooms aren’t huge, but the location is great. Lots of smoking rooms here so double check your booking if that’s something that bothers you.

Room was much much smaller than expected, even for Tokyo standards. Room had a dorm like feel . Although clean, everything seemed old and in need of a refresh. We asked for an additional 45 minutes to check out , they charged us for that. A little courtesy would’ve felt good . Overall stay here for the location , not for the luxury .

Perfect location, really easy to find and perfect service for check in after midnight after a delayed flight arrival. Room was pretty small, not much space for anything apart from the bed but that's to be expected in Japanese hotels.

Stayed last minute in Shibuya and could not have had a more positive experience. I cannot express how great the staff was. Pleasantly surprised with the number of amenities (hair straighteners, toiletries, etc) that were available. The location is so close to Shibuya Station and smack dab in the middle of Shibuya. 10/10 would recommend.

Hotel Wing is perfectly located in the heart of Shibuya. 12 min walk to the main station, close to really good eateries, busy night life 2 streets over, close to some high-end shopping, 10 min walk to the popular Izakaya, close to starbucks and several coffee shops. Rooms are tiny, but we didn't spend much time there. The staff at the front desk is super helpful!!!!! I would totally stay here because it is so close to all the ACTION.

Top tier service. Locations was convenient for shopping. Very accommodating for English speakers. Room was small but had everything required for a comfortable stay. Access to laundry machines in basement. Were extremely helpful when needed to send luggage another hotel.

The hotel is in a great location as it is right across from Parco Shopping Centre and a 6min walk from Shibuya Crossing. The room was a decent size but was dirty (there were stains on the carpet, stains on the bed head, peeling wallpaper), and the housekeeping staff do not clean your room unless you request it. The room is cleaned every three days unless requested. All they do is leave a bag of clean towels on your door every morning and you put the dirty towels in that same bag for them to collect.

Do not stay here.
For the price, this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our room looks like it was never cleaned and I felt gross just walking around. The lobby is nice and inviting but as soon as you take the elevator to your floor it is a whole different experience and very gross. My friends in a different room found blood on their curtains. I expect more for what we paid. No water is provided which is also odd and a pretty simple way to satisfy guests. Suggest staying somewhere else.

Unfortunately the hotel will be ending their business by the end of 2023. Perhaps that’s why they aren’t putting much into renovations and appearance of the hotel interior.

Honestly, spoil yourself by booking this place, which is conveniently situated next to a theatre and shopping mall. Shibuya Scramble Crossing is about a 5min walk, which also means Shibuya Station is about a 5min walk since it is right next to it. Mega Don Quixote (the biggest one I’ve read about in Tokyo) is also located in Shibuya, which is roughly about an 8min walk away. Everything is so conveniently a stone’s throw away so I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay while shopping your heart away.

Staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. The place is well maintain and clean. Rooms are relatively small since i travelled with a companion but that is to be expected with most hotels here in japan. Overall great experience at the hotel :)

Honest review after staying here: the room could use some extra cleaning, mostly the carpet. The area is awesome, there’s so much to do in Shibuya. Staff is nice and friendly. The size of the room is good, it’s a full size bed enough for a couple. I will definitely stay here again!

We were originally booked in a much more expensive hotel in Ginza. My teenage daughter who planned our trip convinced me we were paying too much money and so we switched. We could not have been happier. It was affordable, incredibly convenient, quiet considering how close to the action it is. The staff were extremely helpful if somewhat limited with their English. Helped us ship our bags to Osaka. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel is located in a great area to stay in Tokyo. You'll find anything from dinning to shopping needs. Transportation is well served in the area with a major train station that will connect you to any other destinations in Japan.

This hotel was just okay. The floor of the room wasn't vacuumed to top standard, but the bed was very clean. The supplied fresh towels every single day, which I found to be wasteful, and did not offer free bottled water.
