This is the best 5 stars hotel! Room was a bit small but ammenities were great. The pool and spa staffs were amazing. Will be back soon!

Outstanding Stay for business
Andaz is a stellar hotel. The rooms were roomy and the layout was the best I have ever seen. Staff were very courteous. Views from the hotel were fabulous. The location was close to Ginza and subway. I will definitely stay here again.

The service was bad. We arrived at the checkin floor but noone took us to the counter. When I asked, a man took us to the counter in a very tiresome way. I dont think I will be staying here again.

Great stay. Staff super friendly and helpful, room spacious and well equipped and all amenities were excellent. The only small negative is that the lighting in the room is either too bright or too dark, it’s difficult to get just right! But that is such a minor thing, everything else really is great

Amazing view of Tokyo Tower! Great location 15 min away of the busy Shibuya 10 min from Tokyo Station and just min from Ginza. Beautiful hotel loved the hotel and service.

Location was ok, not the closest to city center but worth it for amazing staff and amenities. There are many convenient stores and restaurants around and easy to take the metro or grab a taxi into town. Our stay was amazing. Would highly recommend.
