The water is hot but have to keep taps open for cold water to drain and this causes wastage of water. The hotel rooms are good and spacious. There are nice places eg. Poolside and in park facing mountains- to sit with family and eat food. "

"I opted for presidential suite from this property. However, the room and amenities were below average hotel. There was no proper response from the front desk. It was difficult to communicate to food service/ receptionist due to irregularities in the phone line which was setup in the room. The blankets were very thin and no room heaters were provided. "Very comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights stay at luxury room of this newly constructed resort. Amazing views of surrounding snow covered hills and forest were simply amazing and will be long cherished. Food was superb, room service was great. Bed was quite comfortable though linen needs to be laundry washed and not hand washed. "
