"This is clearly a very old building but they have done a nice job giving it a face lift. Clean and nice sheets. Unfortunately my bed was broken, causing you to roll towards the middle. Since I was by myself and did not want to move rooms late at night, I just dealt with it while I was there and let the front desk staff know as well as left a note for the cleaners. I would be shocked if this was never mentioned before as it loudly creaked and gave out/shifted when you moved around in the bed, but since it’s not visibly broken, it’s not been fixed. Room 456. The bathtub is very old looking but decent pressure. The water bottles in the fridge was a really nice touch and so underrated! Much appreciated. Really great staff here too!! So kind and helpful and I caught one woman (older Asian lady) disinfecting door knobs and cleaning around the lobby many times which was nice to see! The breakfast was sub par. The omelette was bland with 1tbsp of cheese and cold veggies mixed in. Also a miserable older woman working in there which soured the experience. Overall I would go back again but inspect the bed right away at check in before I’m too exhausted to care later on."
