"If your planning on staying at this property keep in mind they will change and down grade the room you paid for in advance that was confirmed a month in advance without notice or explanation! The front desk along with management need to take customer service training they are very unprofessional and no good customer service! I had booked a room a month in advance for 5 people with 2 Queen beds and a sofa pull-out bed to accommodate my family of 5 when we arrived to the property it was around 11:50pm and mind you we had drove for around 5hrs to get there I checked inn and they were hesitant to give me my room finally I get the key cards and went up to room to find out they down sized our room to a 1bed and sofa bed I notified front desk and they said a manager would reach out to us, management never reached back to me the next day I called their customer relations number told them what had happened and they were very apologetic of the situation and told me to wait for management to reach out to me well management never called me I had to call them a few days later to my surprise the lady manager did not care for what they did and was very hostile on the phone finally I called expidia since I booked through them and expidia refund some money back for the inconvenience! So moral of the story is we won't ever stay at any of these properties moving forward!"

Ponte Vineyard Inn

"Our stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn was brief but very enjoyable. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night while attending a wedding, so we didn't have the opportunity to fully explore the property and take in all the beautiful surroundings. That said, our experience was excellent from start to finish. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed brunch on the property the following morning, which was a wonderful way to end our visit. Although our time there was short, we left with a very positive impression and would love to return in the future to experience more of what Ponte Vineyard Inn has to offer."
