"Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was beyond great, and very kind. The King room looked just like the pictures. My only complaint is the specific room I was in felt like that room hadn’t been used in a while. It smelled a bit stuffy or old. The bathroom sink also had a little mold and some kind of tiny white bugs coming out of the back part. With it being a luxury property, I was a little surprised by this, but every property has its moments. Hopefully next time I visit the room accommodation...

"I will not stay in this hotel anymore. I stayed for 1 night, the room is not really clean, there are some small fly bugs in the room. The shower area is same as the toilet, the toilet will get wet after taking shower. First time to stay in the hotel restroom is like this. The air conditioner is a big big issue! It can’t be adjust the temperature, it keeps 26.9 degreeC, crazy! The room is an oven. The front desk staff is not quite professional. I came early and would like to keep my luggage...
