Earthquake spoilt our stay
Unfortunately there was an earhquake during our stay and we were not able to stay at the hotel as we left in panic. The hotel was swaying left to right and it was a very scary experience. The hotel did not deal with the situation adequately and should have done a lot more. The hotel had our telephone number yet did not ring to see if we were ok, added to that we were travelling with a baby.

Great view, wonderful & friendly staffs..
Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights..The staffs are very friendly..will recommend this hotel to my company if we are in need to be send there for business trip or pleasure!

Best Hotel in Tasikmalaya with Great Staff
Tasikmalaya, West Java doesn't have an abundance of good hotels, but among the hotels in the city the Santika strikes me as the best. The rooms are ample, pleasantly laid out in a modern manner with abundant light, and kept impeccably clean by the room staff. The reception area is expansive and, again, modern. The restaurant is also well laid out, and the offerings, which primarily feature Indonesian food (most guests to this and other hotels in Tasikmalaya are Indonesians), are very well prepared and tasty. I preferred this hotel's restaurant to many in town. The hotel also has a small fitness center with two treadmills and two bicycle-machines -- spare, but everything was working and the space for exercise was good. I will add too that each time I spoke with staff or managers (I speak Indonesian) they were superlative -- friendly, eager to help, very professional. All in all, this was a far better hotel than I had expected -- very good not just by Indonesian, but by global standards.

Excellent hotel in Tasikmalaya!
The hotel is excellent! From the beginning all the staffs are very friendly. The swimming pool is excellent! My children enjoyed it so much!

Nice new hotel
Traditional foods are nice. However when I was there the hotel was full, the restaurant at the hotel is not so big, so we need to que to get a table for breakfast.

Best Hotel in Tasikmalaya
Hotel Santika has everything you need when you're staying in Tasikmalaya. It's Clean & Comfortable. There's a nice pool, nice restaurant and great free breakfast! All for a good price.

Phantastisches Frühstück
Man hat uns wunderbar umsorgt. Das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet. Leider war die Rooftop - Bar geschlossen.

Utk pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel Santika Tasikmalaya, kamarnya nyaman, dgn fasilitas free wifi memudahkan saya utk tetap bisa internetan selama kami berlibur.. Room service yg ramah Mulai dari bellman yang mengantar barang ke kamar, sampai housekeeper yang membersihkan kamar dan makanannya yg enak.. kolam renang yg kids friendly jg membuat anak saya senang.. terima kasih Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya.. tetap pertahankan utk pelayanannya.

Nice Hotel
We went there for a quick stop after a long trip accross Java. Didnt expect fancy hotel at first, but it turns out differently with a nice swimming pool and wide variations of breakfast buffet.

Hotel baru yang masih sangat terawat
Very remommanded, mudah2an aja kebersihan + layanannya bisa dipertahankan terus (mengingat usia hotel ini baru +/- 1 thn ketika saya menginap)
