"Overall this hotel is great, its very well located, easy access to subway, shops, etc and very centrally located so its easy to get anywhere in Taipei. My room had a great view of the 101 which is always great when visiting Taipei because its so iconic and really reminds you where you are. The rooms are modern, comfortable and most importantly, very clean. I will definitely stay there again but I do want to give feedback on 2 things that could be better. 1. the lifts - on the weekend only 2 are in operation. its not that you have to wait too long but its also a bit slow sometimes. Not a deal breaker, just something to consider because the lobby is actually on the 14th floor, not groud. 2. power sockets - this was by far the biggest issue. For some strange reason, there are no sockets located anywhere near the bed and the only one available (at least in my room) was on the desk. I think most people like to have their phone handy and charging overnight, so be prepared, you might need an extension cable. On that subject, I did ask the reception if they had one, they didnt, so I ended up buying one. I left it behind, so hopefully if you need one, they should have at least one from me :p"

"We loved how close it is to Taipei 101 and really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and it's very close to light rail station. The pool is also nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it's nice that the hotel has several restaurants on site. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that there's a laundromat within 2 mins walk. We were able to do laundry a couple times while we were there which made things so much easier when you are traveling for a long time! I was surprised to be charged for a phone call I made to another hotel (different city but in Taiwan still) with $720 NTD (about $24 USD) for maybe 10 mins while figuring out our next stay. It just seems way too expansive for a phone call within the same country. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. Will definitely stay again in the future (just won't use the phone, lol)."

"Everything was great. The pool and gym area is awesome. I was surprised they even have a steam room and sauna. Will definitely stay here again when we have morning flights. The only thing I didn't like was the shower room doesn't have a door and is only half covered. With the strong water pressure (which is nice), water splashes everywhere and made the floor outside the shower wet - it does have a drain outside the shower room but still would be nice to have a door to keep everywhere else dry. The movable shower head also can't adjust its angle and is shooting water straight at you but it does have a top shower head. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Kids LOVE the pool area with a huge hot tub. Would definitely recommend!"
