"Property is wonderful. It's a family home and they take excellent care of it. Be aware there are steep stairs to second floor, but deck and bay view sunsets are worth it. Bikes and kayaks are bonus."

The check-in was as follows: open unlocked front door, see an envelope with your name on it, follow the instructions presented in the envelope, climb two steep staircases, go to room our assigned that (like the front door) not locked, get room ..."
