“Nicely updated hotel in Old Town”

Very nicely decorated hotel, good amenities -- wifi was great, room was spotless, location right at the south end of Old Town makes access to Old Town Square and outside shopping a breeze. Breakfast buffet was great -- the pickled herring and salmon were fantastic. Only isse I can complain about: water pressure is rather low, which causes temperature to swing in the shower.

Old Town -- quaint architecture, great choice of restaurants, sightseeing.

“Money for value”

Hotel personnel was eager to help. Everything was as expected to be with no surprises.

“Good location”

The carpet in the room was in a very poor and dirty condition. The rooms were also underheated and the TV had very poor reception. Do not rely on the wake up call service as they failed to call us. We also found the staff to be less than pleasant and definitely had a preference to serve males over females.
