“Perfect location”
modern, friendly staff, large rooms, well located in the old town.
“Very good hotel”
We were staying in the hotel for two nights at Christmas. We got a Christmas sock with small present in the morning with invitation to join Santa in the hotel bar. So, we got two Irish coffees for free. Breakfast was very good also. Great chose of fruits melon, pineapple, pears, apples, grapes. Good chose of hot meal. All meal was very delicious. The room was a little bit small, but very comfortable and cosy. It's possible to book sauna in the hotel and you can enjoy hot sauna with your friends only, without other hotel guests. We were just two. There is a fireplace in the hotel bar. Because of the hotel, our trip was very romantic and we were full of Christmas moods.
“Staff were excellent, very friendly and really helpful”
Merchants House Hotel is located right in the heart of Tallinn Old Town. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a beautiful library/reading room and also great spa facilities.
