The facility is great and in close proximity of the beach. Room setup is great as well. Dining options are limited but food was good and overall satisfactory.

The resort has excellent facilities, lots of activities for the kids and the pools are beautiful. Room service wasn’t great and the resorts main restaurant was not good at all. Breakfast was everage

Our stay was so comfortable. The room,food and staff went above and beyond and made our stay beautifully relaxing and stress free. Jee Milk was very conscious and attentive to make sure that we were happy.

Overall comfortable stay, improvement points :)
It was a comfortable stay. Service at reception was very helpful. Rooms were clean and housekeeper was very helpful. Service in the restaurants (both, inside and beachside) was not very good. Waiting time to be helped was very long, food did not arrive together and no clean glasses.

Vi bodde på detta hotell i drygt 3veckor under jul/nyår. Bra skick på hotellet. Flera poolområden som uppskattades av barnen med egen lugn strand. Vår tolkning för att betygsätta upplevelsen kommer nedan; Servicen i restaurangen 2 av 5 Servicen i baren 1 av 5 Housekeeping 5 av 5 Reception 2 av 5 Aktiviteter på hotellet 3 av 5 Detta hotell kändes mer som en 4 stjärnigt hotell. Absolut inte 5 stjärnigt. Personalen vänliga men har brist på kunskap.
