Extremely friendly hotel staff who are always doing their very best to meet your needs. They are very kind to change our room upon request due to the noise at night. We had 9 very good night's sleep and rest after that. Housekeeping well done and room is cleaned everyday. You don't need to bring an adapter as room power plug is universal, something most hotels do not have. Plenty of power plugs in the room, enough to charge 4-6 devices at the same time. Hotel has good security as there is a guard at the entrance. Access to the rooms is only available with an access card. Very spacious corridor with airline theme all around. Good location as it's just next to SOGO, very convenient especially on rainy days. There are convenience stores and eateries around the area. Access to railway stations and other shopping area is also easy. Breakfast always begins with friendly greetings by hotel staff. Spread is simple and healthy. Overall, a great hotel with a unique theme to stay for your holiday.
