Motel is in a convenient spot, not too far from shops, restaurants & cafes and clubs, transport, staff seemed ok, house keeping lady seemed nice and friedly, however window had dirty hand print on there for the 3 days that I stayed, bed was quite hard, but one thing that I found a little annoying was that for the amount of money I payed out to stay there, $300 for first two nights and then I stayed an extra night on the Friday night which went up to $180 you would think they could haved spared me an extra pack of two biscuits to enjoy or offer to my family who were visiting me, I mean come on. Lol

My best friend and I stayed here for The Eras Tour. We were aiming for affordability so expectations weren’t high, however, the staff and the cleanliness of the motel was incredible! It was beautiful!! The first two nights were couldn’t hear our neighbours but the other two nights new people were staying and due to their loud deep voices we could hear them through the wall. Nothing a bit of music or tv can’t fix if you’re just looking for an easy, well kept place to stay with the best staff ever!! Housekeeping comes every morning between 10:30-11:30 approx to refresh towels/juice etc. We got so much more than what we were expecting. Thank you so much for a lovely, easy stay :)

Next to the great western highway, u can hear the noise from the trucks, the site itself is not bad but the quality of the service, the amenities plus the location are very bad

Basic motel but very comfortable and clean. The room was big, with a balcony facing the pool, there is a mini-fridge, an electric kettle and dishes/cups/utensils in the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, brought us a microwave when we needed to warm up food for the kids. Plenty of parking spaces and a grocery store less than 2 minutes away.

Great service from staff and very affordable. If you’re a tall person you might struggle with the shower I was 6’2 and my head was almost touching the roof. But other then that was amazing

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff The manager even drove us to the venue that night so that we didn't have to get a taxi. He even offered to pick us up at the end of the night but we declined as he was more than helpful, This is the kind of personalized service from a small hotel compared to the bigger and more luxurious hotels.

Stayed there for 6 nights. Staff were really rude. Didn’t let you talk. However one of the cleaning staff was very lovely. Others were just rude. Booked a family room with apparently deluxe breakfast, room wasn’t the same as the website. Never staying there again.

thank you so much for your time while writing all this.we are not pet friendly and you have kept your two cats in the room for 6 days , hiding from us all the time. If we have asked you to remove your pets from the rooms, we were only doing our jobs.you didn't bother to ask us about keeping your pets inside the unit and our rooms are exactly same as its shown in the pictures.and the lady guest was very rude with our staff while they were only doing their job.you refused to take room service because you were hiding your pets from us inside the room.thank you again

The room was inadequately stocked with basic equipment, eg Toaster, when the toaster was replaced, there was no bread to cook in it and the old toaster that wasn't working had stale bread in it from the previous guests. I have stayed at the Park View several times over the last 10 years but this will be the last.

A bit run down and dated, but clean. I'm guessing it used to be a smoking room as there was a lingering smoke smell in the room. Bed was comfortable enough and a great sized room. Good water pressure in the shower and a very welcomed continental breakfast. Bring ear plugs as it is located right on the highway.

We made a booking for several rooms for the weekend. Each room had several issues TVs did not function in all rooms one remote was completely snapped,nor did the reverse cycling unit in two rooms work,no hot water in another,the door to one room did not close shut or lock.and there was no microwave to heat meals in rooms.You will also be hit with a $200 fee upon arrival NONE OF WHICH IS MENTIONED PRIOR if you're a young person. Staff did not even attempt to check and fix air conditioning units or the door that did not shut. The grounds around the pool area is filled with smoke butts. We did mention these things to staff however nothing was done and when mentioned again prior to leaving absolute disregard implying that no one had mentioned anything regarding the above matters. We do not recommend staying here. the price per rooms changed upon your check in. Will not be back. Do not stay

Payed for a ‘delux’ room and it was absolutely horrible. Cracked walls, black mould in the bathroom, dripping taps, lights not working. Breakfast included ‘peaches in juice’ - definitely not luxury as the website suggests. Would not recommend and will never be returning.

We loved staying at St Marys Park View, the hosts were friendly and hospitable, the room was clean and had a bath and amazing shower!! The Motel is within easy walking distance to shops and dining. Thank you so, so much for an enjoyable stay. We will be back, expect our call.

The staff were so rude. It was filthy had cockroachs tv didnt work for $200 a night i had expected more polite staff the owners would not even let my 5&7 year old swim in the pool… Im not impressed at all

thank you for your time.we didn't allow your visitors into our pool which is only for our guests not for their visitors. tv was working and we do pest controls on regular basis. We never received any complaint from that room.

Excellent value motel
Excellent value! We stayed on New Years Eve and it was half the price of any comparable motel in the area. It was a nice clean room with new air conditioning and a high quality shower. The continental breakfast in the room was also very good. Also very close to Woolworths. There was a minor issue in that the bar fridge fan had a rattle but overall excellent value for the price point.
