    Excellent

    Have never stayed at Parramatta before but found the Sebel to be very clean, comfortable, central & friendly. My husband thought the service was excellent & he is hard to please so it must have been exceptional. I would have a return visit with no hesitation. It was excellent, thanks to the Sebel.

    Neat and Tidy.

    Generally the hotel was neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air Conditioning was a bit noisy and the street noise at night got a bit loud at times. But overall, I would recommend this place if you need to stay in Parramatta.

    Bad Service and AC

    I chose superior room. It was good view but the car and street sound was so loud. I wish to not take this hotel because the perceived benefit was so low. Moreover, The house keeping people activity outside the room was so noisy. I could not sleep at all. Also, the AC was not good at all. It is cold but noisy. The window was not soundless. However, it was clean and good interior desin.
