FAMILY SHORT GETAWAY
We booked this house as it was modern and catered to our family. On arrival it was difficult trying to work out the digital keypad and it beeped for at least a minute or more after you came in. The property was beautiful, and the welcome drinks were a nice touch. It had an abundance of tea, coffee and sugar as well as olive oil and salt and pepper. There was no washing liquid so when I had to do a load of washing it was quite frustrating. It rained all weekend, so we spent a lot of time in the property. The white rugs were quite dirty with lots of hair [other people's] and the drain in the shower was grotty with someone else's hair as well. It had heaps of storage space and hangers which is great as we always unpack. It came with some great reading books and games. We had an early start on the day we left, and it was difficult trying to put the keys back in the lockbox as the light in the garage didn't work. The shower was amazing, and it was good having 1 litre bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash [although one of the pumps didn't work]. There was no hairdryer in the property [usually pretty standard in places like this so that was annoying]. It only has a small hot water system, so we only managed to get two showers the day we arrived and two ended up having cold showers. Communication was difficult and only had someone get back to me the day before departure. Good size fridge. It would be handy having the l likes of glad wrap, fly spray. AC vents need cleaning.
