This modern, comfortable three-bedroom holiday cottage is located on Cliff Drive in Katoomba and features a large, shady backyard and a sunny rear patio with outdoor furniture. There is also a raised, sheltered veranda at the front of the property where you can sit and relax and the cottage is conveniently located near local bushwalks and spectacular views and is literally a 5 minute walk to the best trails the Blue Mountains has to offer and the renowned Scenic World.

The cottage has central heating, modern kitchen with granite countertops, central breakfast bar, stove & oven, microwave & dishwasher. There is a family bathroom and laundry room. Wi-Fi & cable T V are also provided.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.
