“The staff at the check-in counter was not helpful.”

The staff at the check-in counter was not helpful. They are too strict in the checking-in hour.

“Excellent Hotel”

We travelled to Sydney for business and the Pullman was recommended to us. We were very happy with most areas of the hotet, staff were very helpful, all requests were attended to quickly and happily. The only area we were disappointed with was the price and selection for room service although what we did order was nice but quite expensive. We will certainly be staying at the Pullman next time we are in Sydney.

Area recommendations
The hotel is in the Olympic Park precinct which is great to look around, the Monster skate park is fantastic and Bicentennial Park is a really great place to walk and relax.
