This is not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper. As an ex-mountains resident I knew what I was in for in regard to noise. As such, it is very reasonably priced, if all you need is a bed for the night. Its an old motel and does show its age but it is generally in good repair. Rooms would benefit from a pest treatment to keep the ants at bay. Keep your food in the fridge. Rooms were well presented, clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick. Beds and bedding were comfortable. There are shops across the highway and excellent pizza place just up the road.

Spacious & comfortable Motel on main road
The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Everything appeared to be well cleaned. The Motel was in a very convenient location for visiting a National Trust property we wanted to see. It would have been nice to have breakfast at the Motel but it was not currently available. Although on the main highway, traffic noise was not a problem.

Super noisy along the highway and tricky access because of that 4-lane highway right in front. The room was big but noisy.

Check in was made super easy and it was a nice surprise to come in to a warm room - the staff put the heating on for us as they knew we'd be arriving late! Very convenient location just off the highway. No frills and priced well. Thank you!

With high motel prices in Penrith it was worthwhile travelling to stay at this cheaper motel up the mountains. Seemed more pleasant too.

Can't complain about the staff. Made you feel very welcome and comfortable. unfortunately the position right next to the busy highway and railway line did make things a bit noisy during the night on the top floor. I do understand that this understandable.

For us it was a convenient location and surprisingly quiet given the close location to the highway. The service was very good. On the downside was the small size of the room and the tightness of parking. If the next car did not park in the middle of their allotted space it made it made it very difficult to park near the unit. But overall, we were pleased with the accommodation and facilities.

The Motel was actually quite large as was the bathroom. The bed was warm and comfortable and had a nice shower.

It was ok, barely saw any staff at all only when I booked in. Breakfast wasn't available and STOP blaming the pandemic!!! Guest information needs to include more pubs, eateries in area not just one. Mattress was too soft as well.

Good stop over hotel
Motel is conveniently located as a halfway stop to Sydney. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have tea/coffee facilities and a microwave. Onsite parking is convenient. The staff are warm and welcoming. It is ok to arrive after hours or leave early as the reception staff will facilitate that

This motel is in a very good location. Friendly service. Cosy on a winter's night. Clean. Felt safe (two female travellers). Walking distance to service station and restaurants. Very happy for a budget stay.
