“Great service from the moment of reservation”

This hotel is located right next to George St, which is the main street of downtown Sydney. It's close all the major spots of travel locations, great restaurants, bars and shops right near it. The rooms are very clean, quiet, good gym and access to all the public transportation. The staff really makes it. I had to find a dry cleaner to press my formal gown the minute I arrive and I needed it done within the same day. I called the front desk and they were able to find several dry cleaners in the local area who offer that service and emailed me the contact info before I arrive at the hotel. So I could call them myself and schedule my appointment. I am from the U.S., so it made a huge difference in terms of planning because I had to plan all these things ahead of time. Fraser's staff helped me get it done and even helped me get early check in so I was able to check in all my luggages and get on with my business in town. The room was modern and had beautiful city view overlooking the harbor and the financial center. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay at Fraser Suites. I would definitely go back.

“Wil stay here again”

Went there for our honeymoon, the location is perfect. The hotel is clean and worth the money paid. Internet price too pricy and there is no wifi.

“Convenient & Comfortable'”

Ánything less than the 30th floor and you are looking straight into the residents across the way, and they are close enought to clearly see if naked walking around the rooms!!!!!!! The views above the 30th floor are much better and necessary if you get clostrophobic! The rooms are comfortable but in need of an update, furniture a bit tired. The television reception was average and only a 32inch. Cleaning could be better as coffee table had dribbles down side and showers had mould between tiles. Staff were helpful and attended to requests promptly. Would stay again as it was convenient to Darling Harbour and bus stops. Avoid the breakfasts as it is much cheaper at close by cafes.

Getting around

The 555 bus can be caught from George St and is a free service to Circular Quay and access to Ferries. Railway stations and mono rail both within 3 min walk.

“Great place to stay”

Great Location, close to train and 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour. Apartment just like the photos, very spacious and stylish. The only fault we had was the pool water temperature was way to cold. Fantastic pool which is counter levered over a arcade with 3 glass windows on the bottom but not suited for recreation, suitable for swimming laps only. Will definitely stay at this apartment complex again

“So so street but very good location”

The hotel is in a very good location close to George St. and one block from the train/subway station. You can even walk to the Opera House although it takes about 30 minutes.

“Comfortable”

We have stayed before and found the Fraser very comfortable. Although we had to wait for our room to be ready, when we arrived in it there were a few small items missing. Apart from that we were again very comfortable and the staff were more than helpful.

“Good location near Rocks and Chinatown”

The location is excellent. Very close to the restaurants that we plan to visit during our 3 days' stay in Sydney. The room is spacious, just as what is presented on the hotel's website. The furnishing is new and clean. The room is complete with dishwasher, washing machine as well as dryer, although we never have to use it. However, the bed is too soft for our liking and the sound insulation leaves much to be desired. We were waken up by our neighhour's sneezing in the morning. The choice of TV channels is very limited for a 5 star hotel in an international city.That means we can go to bed early as there is not much to watch in this hotel. This is quite disappointing! This hotel can easily hold the record for the worst choice of TV channels. The staff is courteous and very friendly. Housekeeping responded promptly when we informed them that one bath towel was missing.
