paddington stay for 6 teens
Had an amazing time in Sydney with a group of girls staying in Paddington for 7 nights. Amazing location with easy public transport, bars, shops and nightlife nearby. Hosts were always happy to help and communicated perfectly to make our trip run smoothly. Would highly recommend for both small and big groups as the house is relatively spacious.

Great location
Good spot and great local amenities. Would like to have known that the bathroom was downstairs. It was a challenge for one of our friends and she tended up sleeping on the sofa.

Lovely spot in Paddington!
Wonderful spot. Comfy and quiet bedrooms, amazing location with local cafes/restaurants. We stayed a week and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Stayed for City2Surf
Stayed at the house for City2Surf. Excellent location, close to great cafes (Ailementary), the Paddington Markets, Edgecliff train station, as well as Five Ways. House is lovely, just beware of rather steep stirs with young children or older guests. The back garden area is a sun trap, just lovely in the August afternoon!! There is a little playground down the hill from the house, on the other side of the road. A handy little spot if you need to let them run off a little steam!!

Lovely location
This place was well sized for our group of 2 adults with 4 kids. Very convenient location for shops, restaurants, and walking to Rushcutter’s Bay and even the Botanical Gardens. Quiet at night and loved the upstairs balcony. Great place!

Great base to explore Sydney from
We found this was a fabulous location to stay at while exploring Sydney. Close to public transport, supermarket, restaurants and nice shops. We loved experiencing the townhouse way of life and it was a great way to experience living close to the city for our regionally based family. Our only suggestion to an otherwise great stay is an upgrade to the squeaky bed and mattresses as a good night sleep is a must on a holiday, especially after a day exploring.

Great location, easy checkin and great communication with the host who was happy for us ti check in early. The property was ideal for us as a family - wouldn’t recommend for elderly guests due to steep stairs and only one downstairs bathroom. Had everything we needed for our fabulous stay.

Perfectly pleasant and peaceful Paddington
Great host and great little townhouse in the great little spot of Paddington with the fab Fiveways on your doorstep for coffee and breakfast. The property is perfect for a family albeit it is a little trek from central Sydney but it worked as a fantastic base for us between the city and the likes of Bondi and travel to Circular Quay is easy. Thank you Caroline for everything! Great start to our hols!

This is a cute place in a quiet neighborhood. It should be noted for those with mobility issues, however, that the one small bathroom is not on the same floor as the bedrooms, and the staircase is narrow and steep. The air diffusers were overwhelmingly strong.

Great house in a great location
Caroline was super friendly and so lovely to deal with. Extremely helpful in every aspect and as she also lives locally in the area, her local knowledge was exceptional right down to knowing what bus stop/route to use to get to specific locations! The house was clean with everything included that you could possibly need (in our case anyway and we were traveling with three adults and two five year olds). Overall, a beautiful house in a beautiful location that was in close walking proximity to everything :)

Perfect Paddo Property

Perfect Apartment in Paddington
We loved staying in Paddington and would book this location again. We were only blocks away from a grocery store and restaurants in this leafy, elegant neighborhood. Caroline, our host, was lovely and attentive and our apartment was clean and comfortable!

We arrived early and did not know what to do with our luggage. The owner and the neighbors were accommodating and welcoming. My family would stay here again. The neighborhood businesses were the best around and I would return. Even the crossing guard was super helpful.

Relaxed and pleasant
We enjoyed a relaxing stay with our one year old, the house is well equipped with safety devices and accessories for little ones. A short walk to shopping, quiet cafes, waterfront parks and a stones throw from the city. The hosts were highly accommodating and a breeze to deal with, would definitely recommend staying and we will be back!

Clean and cosy and so convenient
With work just a 5 minute drive away, Woolies just down the lane and convenient parking out front, it’s hard to fault this little gem. I will say it is incredibly difficult to be quiet at night up and down the stairs. All the conveniences you might find at home and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you
