"Turned up at 14:35 after travelling a few hours to be told by receptionist that we couldn’t book in till15:00. She didn’t take our names to check if room was ready just to come back at 15:00 hrs. "Only a short stay but the staff were excellent and the room comfortable enough for a 6 hour sleep - didn't really have much time to look around as I have a late arrival and an early train out the next morning but seemed clean, comfortable and right in the centre of town with about a 10 minute walk to the station."
