Unfortunately the property wasn’t ready when I was due to checkin which meant I had to rearrange all my plans for that trip… the host did offer a late checkout to compensate but unfortunately first impressions last and I did feel initially unwelcomed so left early last day and would not consider returning

We had a wonderful 4 nights with our Beagle who has major health issues and cannot be left very easily when we travelled … So to find Samantha’s very special unit available was a gift . Pristine, peaceful escape.
So clean, pristine; beautifully decorated with a truly amazing bathroom. Private and peaceful deck with spa, like being in your own ecxlusive resort. Close to all shops and beach. Everything you need for a fantastic break catered for.

Perfect Place
We absolutely loved our stay. The place was all that it was advertised and more. Nice new clean facilities with the privacy you want on a trip away. It had a really nice flow from indoor to outdoor and was a huge plus that we were able to bring our dog with us! Will definitely be back.

Work is needed.
Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay but the following things did stand out. 1. The bed has a large hollow in the middle. 2. Beach Towels not supplied as per information sent in email. 3. Coffee pods not supplied and coffee pod machine leaks. 4. Towel rack needs attention. 5. Door handles on bi-fold doors needs replacing. 6. Spa smelt by the third day and the skimmer box is full of mould. 7. Spa had sand in it on arrival. 8. The entry bath way need to be made tidy as it is not a great first impression. 9. When we opened up the place had a musty smell, I understand dogs are allowed and we had our dog there. I recommend you source a deodorizer of some sort. I am not having a whinge here I am just supplying an honest review. To fix all this it would take a couple of hours and about $400.

Thank you for taking the time to point out the issues you had with your stay. I apologise for the inconvenience caused. My property was managed by another company while I was overseas recently and I don't think they understood how to manage the spa. However, they were very responsive to guest's needs and acted immediately on any issues. I understand that they thoroughly cleaned the spa once they knew it needed attention. I am now managing the property again and would ask anyone reading this to please read other reviews that show how clean and well appointed the cottage is. There are spare towels in the bedroom wardrobe, plenty of coffee pods for your stay and the maintenance you mentioned is fixed. Pathways and gardens are regularly maintained. This is all a matter of course and all of my properties are extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you again for your time and I apologise for the issues you had. Samantha

Perfect oasis for couples
Tropical oasis in Coolum. Everything you need for a weekend. You walk down a path to you private cottage. Lush greenery presents itself to a wooden deck with a built in spa and a cozy outdoor setting. On entering the cottage your presented with an open plan living dining room with bifold to the deck. Internally enter to dual shower bathroom through to queen bedroom with glass doors opening to deck. My only real issue was the cottage was cold for a visit late may and no option for heating. Excellent host and cottage was clean and presented well.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Cottage is so private and beautiful complete with your own private spa. Bedding was super comfy, air cons in bedroom and main room. Everything you need for a stay….long or short. The Cottage is attached to the side of the main house but you would never know! It felt like we were totally seperate. Very peaceful suburb and a short stroll to the beach and shops. Will definitely be back….. thank you Samantha 🥰

The spa is heated for every arrival - I am sorry you had issues with it and for anyone reading this please contact me immediately if you have any issues. The air conditioner needs to be turned to the summer setting for it to heat up. Samantha

Perfect weekend getaway
My partner and I stayed at this property recently for a relaxing getaway treat and it was exactly what we had hoped for. It is located in a beautiful area, it was very clean and checking in and out was a breeze. The property itself has a modern, stylish look and the spa was ready and warm for our arrival. All in all, it was a perfect stay.

My partner and I and our two small dogs had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was presented beautifully, very clean and was up to date and modern. Location was excellent, plenty of shops and a dog beach very close. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday. I would highly recommend.

Pet friendly secluded and cosy beach getaway
Samantha offered us a perfect place to stay in our favorite Sunshine Coast beach spot, with our 2 dachshunds. The cabin is very neat and secluded, and had a real holiday feel to it. It is very thoughtful appointed and the outdoor area is just gorgeous with the Spa. Samantha has also been very helpful and accomodating. We will come again!

Beautiful and very clean
We loved our short stay. The place was so well organised, with a very comfortable bed and living area. We found it to be very beautiful and relaxing. The Airconditioning was a godsend as Sunshine coast was very humid, we did not notice this while staying in this property. If we had the time, we would have used the spa which looked so welcoming. The checking in and checking out process was so straight forward, it was easy for us as travellers. We would definitley want to come back again.

Expected better for the exuberant prices charged for a 1 bedroom apartment at the back of an existing property. Needs a bit of a spruce up. Had issues with the large bi-fold doors which was still faulty after the 2nd attempt at fixing it, and the locksmith then left the door to the bedroom unlocked, luckily nothing was stolen.

I'm sorry you were sick and decided to leave early. I was unable to give you a refund for leaving early as a replacement booking could not be found at such short notice. I hope your health has improved now. You said that you would leave a bad review if no refund was forthcoming. In answer to your comments - things do break and are repaired as quickly as possible. You were asked if you would like us to wait until you departed to repair the lock but you were happy for us to arrange the repair, which was much appreciated. If you would like to pay less money for your holiday then please do not book Christmas week as its the most in demand and expensive time of the year. To anyone reading this please see my other reviews which show the cottage is maintained and cleaned to a very high standard and has many extra touches to make your stay special. Samantha

Immaculate beautiful cottage
What an adventure, my partner and I checked in on the Friday night. Our expectations blown out of the water! You could eat dinner off every surface in the cottage it was so clean. Place had been nicely ventalated before our arrival and smelled like some sort of aromatherapy type oil. We worried we would have to wait to use the spa... but low and behold it had been switched on the optimal temp before our arrival! It is set up so you have your privacy on the deck. Overall it was warm, Inviting and we would and will definitely return for another adventure. I will be recommending to friends and family who are looking to visit the area.

We had a really lovely stay. Gorgeous location and nice and quiet. The only small issue I would have is the shower. I found I couldn’t fully relax in the shower as I was paranoid the water was getting out onto the tiles. For safety reasons I would suggest a door is put on. Other than this it was fantastic. Samantha was great to deal with too. Thanks so much for a lovely getaway.

Pandanus spa cottage
This was a sress free experience from the very beginning. Booking, and then contacting the manager and owner (we needed to change dates) was easy. The property was easily located, and we found it to be exactly as it was advertised. A modern, well presented cottage with everything we needed. It's quiet, private and cosy, perfect for a romantic getaway. Being only a five minute drive from the beach, we took advantage of the restaurants in the area, then returned to enjoy a relaxing time in the spa. My only suggestion would be for slightly better instructions for the operation, but we managed to figure it out in a couple of minutes. We had a wonderful stay, and would thoroughly recommend Pandanus spa cottage.

Pooch and parents enjoyed a very well deserved rest!
What a beautiful three days we had at the cottage! Perfect for us and our pup, we loved the privacy and that everything was enclosed nicely so our pooch could wonder around and laze around in the sun! We will definitely be back for some much needed R&R in our busy lives. It was great that it wasn’t on a Main Street so it wasn’t noisy and the spa was such a bonus to unwind! Thank you again!

Recently stayed here with my partner, we had a great time. The spa is amazing, the bathroom is wonderful.. the cabin itself is super cute! Would of liked a TV in the bedroom but that's ok. Great communication from the owner. Next time we will return with our doggo. Only 20 min drive in every direction (noosa, Maroochydore ect.) we also had a free late check out which was lovely. Thanks so much 😄

nice place, quiet and peacefull, but dark and no sun to sit in. Hopeless shower with no door, so you end up standing in a corner with the floor covered in towels otherwise the water will run on the laminate floor in kitchen, which you could see happened before. In manual it tells you to wash your sheets before you leave......no way, never used an old toploader , no instructions for this machine either. No instruction for convection microwave or tv or spa,helpful owner who came over to explain

Lovely well set out apartment
The cottage is peaceful and private and you do not feel that you are part of another property.The fittings are modern and the kitchen had everything. Its not right on the beach but we knew that, and it was convenient to all areas of the coast and dog friendly beaches which we would have to drive to anyway. It was only a ten minute walk to shops and beach. Communication was also excellent.

Beautiful cottage, clean and modern
Terrific property to stay at. It appears to have been renovated with all the modern touches. It is super private and the timber floors inside flow to the deck outside so it makes it feel like one big living area. I brought my dog with me and the paved yard and plants were great for her to sniff around in. I have stayed at many hotels and private accommodation over the years for work and this is the cleanest place I have stayed at. A home away from home. Short distance to the beach and off leash dog beach as well. Many thanks for letting my dog and I stay in your beautiful cottage.
