Great location for a family holiday, kids loved the pool and it was a very short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and excellent value on school holidays. Thanks Louise and John for being so welcoming, we hope to stay again.

Definitely is a great location with simi good views, depends which appartment you are in. Very spacious, appartment was fully equipped. We had the top appartment with roof access, be nice if there was a bbq up there. Pretty empty with nothing to look at. Make for a nice dining food entertainment outdoors. Only thing that let us down the floor hadn't been swept. There was sand all throughout the apartment, bits of hair in the hall way. Appartment did come with vacuum and broom so we had to clean the floor. Other then that great stay, lovely owners.

Hi Angel Thank you for your review. We apologise that the floor in your apartment seemed untended. We can assure you that our housekeeping is generally immaculate. The apartment that you chose to book has been recently renovated and is very popular for it's size, spaciousness and for it's location. There is a large capacity BBQ in our pool area for the enjoyment and use by our guests. We are aware also, that our rates are incredibly good value for the comfort, location, accessibility and amenities of our building and the high quality of our apartments that we take pride in offering to our guests. The property is really close to the beach and easy to get to re parking. Cafes were close distance so easy to walk to. Although I didn't use it the pool looked very inviting. New TV and Free wifi were of great quality. On site staff were extremely friendly

This was a nice place & close to Kings Beach. A few things didn't work however which was frustrating - the dryer, TV remote, dining room light & the washing machine only worked on hot water.

Management were so welcoming, offering to help us with our luggage. There was a beautiful note on the fridge that said that they were free to talk if you just needed to talk to someone. In today's day and age, it's nice to know someone is there

Close to the beach. 3 bedrooms. BUT.... misleading... I booked a 3 bedroom appartment with Ocean view. There is no ocean view from the appartment itself (well, if you go on the balcony, bend on the right you can spot the sea...), from the terrasse upstair, same, you need to bend over the rail to spot the ocean... This should not be advertised with "Ocean view", not even "partial view". Misleading misleading misleading... I booked it BECAUSE of the "ocean view", I could I had a cheaper appartment with no view. On top of it, loud bathrooms, can't stop the fan... taps were dripping. Staffs were welcoming, but owner must fix the appartment and advertisement shold be reviewed as well as the price.

The apartment that you booked online, without speaking to us directly, is undergoing gradual renovation as occupancy and the owner's ability allows. All of our apartments are priced according to their level in our building, their space for extra guests and large families and their general appeal for guests. The apartment that you chose is priced accordingly and is also one that is specifically chosen time and again by our regular, returning guests. Not what we saw online, disappointing.
Disappointing, room was not what we saw online. Managers unit, toilet ran all night. Doors wouldn’t close. Not very clean. Rusty shower head, dust all over blinds, cracked light switch. They knew the toilet was continually running when I mentioned it on leaving, yet we still got that appartment instead of one of the other vacant appartments. Had beds and dishwasher stacked outside. Felt like they just didn’t care.

Want a relaxing stay
Had a great overnight stay, couldn't ask for kinder managers, went above and beyond. The unit had more in it than you see in other apartments we have been too, games and videos etc. We had a lovely family time and the grand kids went swimming, walking on the beach and the restaurants are handy. Comfy beds.Can't speak highly enough.

Very clean, modern apartment. Pleasantly surprised to see a full kitchen, washing machine, and clothes dryers. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Staff were wonderful. Very close to the beach. I could not fault anything. Great place to stay, would happily stay there again.

Comfy stay in Caloundra
Our apartment had 2 good sized bedrooms, balcony, under cover parking was well equipped and very clean. Short walk to the beach and close to eateries and coffee shops in downtown Caloundra. Friendly manager; would recommend to friends and definitely stay again.

Lovely clean apartment close to everything
A lovely updated apartment close to everything you need!! Our unit was extremely clean and tidy and lovely furniture and decor. The property manager John is an asset to the complex. Very friendly and helpful, even helped us with our bags upstairs!!!

Manager was most helpful, room was clean and tidy and comfortable, could do with a little bit of updating in terms of painting and cabinetry but that is not a huge big deal in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Overall it was pretty good really.

I paid an extra $10 for ocean view. You could only see the ocean by going down to the far end of the balcony. We were only supplied with ~ 1/3 toilet roll and no extras - quite inconvenient. Premises nice but over-rated and overpriced

Good location
Lindomare is great walking distance to the beach and beautiful sea breeze on the balcony. The bedrooms are at the back and we sweated a lot to the point that I slept outside on the balcony. The managers were very helpful and friendly. The parking is not good. Small car park from a very angled driveway. Would love to see air conditioning in the bedrooms The unit just needs a little love put in to it to make it better.

Close to King's beach. Awesome owners. Lovely pool
We had 3 bdrm apartment on streetfront so no ocean views. Apartment was very clean. Aircon in 2 of the 3 bedrooms but not in the lounge area. Nice breeze on deck. Free wifi. Easy walk to King's beach, Tavern, Met etc. Owners were great and found an extra carpark for our second car. Main bathroom shared with laundry.

Easy walking
Easy walking distance to patrolled beach, pool, cafes and takeaways. Staff very friendly and helpful, took time to talk about where to go and had genuine interest in us.made sure we were comfortable.
