Its a really nice hotel to stay in i liked that parking is easy. Room was clean. Quiet place to sleep. Just when checking in there was nobody there to check in when the girl comes back she says “ Yea I was taking my 10 min break” with attitude ummm Ok . im a client i dont know what time your breaks are there was no sign or anything. I was in Gardena for an event I had to get my room and check in to get ready. Just customer service needs improvement over all everything else with the hotel is perfect.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had! The customer service was above and beyond! Loved that it was walking distance to the park. The restaurants in the hotel were also phenomenal! Will definitely be staying at this property again on our next trip!
