Convenient & Great Value
A nice basic residence a short walk from central Strasbourg. I have stayed here twice over the past few years. The beds have been comfortable having a little kitchenette in the room is a bonus. Nice spacious rooms and a nice street view. Relatively quiet and nice and clean. Would be nice to have a towel in the room.

Very old, dirty hotel. The wooden floor is dusty, the shower gel you get is in these little packets, you can hear noise from the other rooms and from the hallway due to the echo. Not all trash was taken out, there was a bit of mold in the shower, and there was some sort of smell in the room. Would not stay here again, they need to modernize this hotel.

heap for a Reason!!!
Sometimes a Budget Hotel Is Cheap for a reason... The check in was easy with no Problem!! Yeah Well resceptionist Only spoke French at arrival!! I could not stop myself from wonder How a business Living off of tourism, Can Hire People Who Can Not sufficiently Communicate with International Customers!!! French language is a Small Language!! I Have Seven Tongues to speak with.. French ain’t one! I am Not a Tourist though!!! It is all about business! The Room at Arrival was Icy Cold... maybe 10 Degrees centigrade! At 06:00 o clock after a full night with radiator at Maximum heating was still Below normal Comfort zone! It was Said there that All rooms was Non Smoking Rooms! But was indeed Not Non Smoking Rooms... The Walls were Yellow!! From Tobacco Sooth! And the Air was Heavy.. I am a smoker and Do not mind a smoking Room.. but it is False advertising claiming your rooms are non smoking rooms When They Are Clearly Not... Bathroom had Not Been Properly cleaned for several Years!! Calcium in the showerhead and such made the entire Bathroom Flooded after one shower!!! Towels was Not even provided... only Positive about the Room was a small Kitchen!!! One window could Not Close, it was off the Henge in upper left Corner. I have had Cheaper 3 star hotels. This place Does not even deserve One star! Looking to save on your trip this is the place you need!! But looking For Comfort!! Pay a little Extra Somewhere Else!!! This Review May Sound like an angry Old man!! Is Not Though!!!

The reception area is the only place that looked good after that ot went down hill VERY quick. The cooker in the studio blow the electricity The fridge was so iced up you couldnt open the ice box The toliet seat came off in your hand when you flushed the toilet the flush went into the wall hole so you had to pull the whole thing back out. There were 4 spoons but NO knife or fork Only one big pan. The shower curtain was VERY dirty and the water had come out into the studio when you shower with the door closed The shutters were very hard to pull up

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Budynek olbrzymi, przez co ciężko przewidzieć na jaki pokój się trafi. Podczas mojego pobytu były również wycieczki szkolne, dlatego jeżeli ktoś ceni sobie ciszę i spokój może być to trudne tutaj W pokojach brak zasięgu WiFi, jedynie przy recepcji w pełni sprawne. Pokoje o bardzo niskim standardzie, ale za to codzienny serwis sprzątający wymieniał ręczniki i sprzątał pokój.

We booked this hotel along with our air ticket for 9 days. When we booked it we saw nice poctures of the rooms. When we got there that was not the case. They had a terrible smell and the rooms were in bad shape. Not what we expected at all. We were very disappointed and could not stay there. The showers were so small that not even one person could fit in it. We asked to change hotels and get our money back and we were denied. So we had to upgrade to a somewhat bigger room. And not to mention the parking price. It’s insane. We stayed in the upgraded room for two days. We went out for dinner the second night just to come back to a completely flooded room. So we had to change rooms again. By far the worst hotel we had ever stayed at. Not recommended at all.

No shampoo in the shower. WiFi was basically unusable. Room was depressingly bare, without any decorative touches at all. The only positive thing about it was the location; the neighborhood was beautiful and close to the historic town center.

This hotel is very basic. No kettle, no curtains to keep the light out only shutters, broken toilet flush, bedside lamp had to be fixed, no room internet and staff weren’t bothered to try and fix it. A long way from the train station 25 minutes and 20 minutes from the centre walking.

You get what you pay for
The room was in poor condition and needed some serious maintenance. The wood surrounding the bathroom door was rotting and the window had a deep candle burn. The wifi was unusable as it kept requiring you to 'sign in' every 2 minutes. The bed was fine but we were happy it was only a short stay here.

Check in staff won't give u wifi detail until you ask for. The electric have some problem and ask for help from the staff, she just ask me to fix it by myself which the electric box is high up in the ceiling. the cooking tools, cup etc is not clean and not dare to use.

Limping toward closure
Poorly ventilated rooms, corridors and stairwells. Taps for sink and toilet falling off their housing. Toilet flush unsecured. No wifi for two days and a refusal by reception to explain what they are intend to do to remedy this. The place has the air of a property where the owners have issued an order to spend no more money until they can flick it on.

Affordable basic hotel north of central Strasbourg. I had a tight budget and I was looking for a place to keep my luggage during the day, and a bed to sleep at night. This hotel met my needs perfectly. For luxury go elsewhere.

Hotel looks like a college dorm, very small shower and room, a small computer monitor in the upper corner of the room for your tv, and only french channels on their cable. Ants crawling up the walls. Dog poop at the entrance and not cleaned up at all. Location wise, close to city centre, staff not very friendly and cleaning staff left my door unlocked when we were out and a potential possibility of being robbed.

The place struck me more like a university halls of residence. Its a little out of the way but in a quiet residential area which was fine. The room was a little grubby, there's no luxuries here but it was comfortable and good value.

There was no wifi, even though it was advertised as having wifi in the room. I was told it was available if I stood my the front desk...not exactly a productive solution. The desk staff were either rude or indifferent. However, the cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The room was a dump...clean, but needed some TCL. It was convenient but I wouldn't bother with this place again.
