"It's in the student halls "village". There can be noise from reveller students overnight , guess you just hope for the best. I have noticed it can get pretty hot - the duvets whilst not thick do seem very warm. The bed was a wide single which I have to say was very comfy! Fab stay in Hathersage
"We had a lovely 3 days staying in Topcroft cottage. All bedrooms are great sizes and having the 2 en-suites was very helpful as we were travelling as 2 families of 4. There is plenty of space for 8 people, the wood burner kept us cosy as the weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped! Phillipa was so kind and dropped in a freshly baked cake and bread when we arrived, these went down a storm with all. The cottage is in Hathersage and attached to the village pharmacy. Parking is adequate for 2 cars and dogs are very welcome. It’s a great base for exploring the Peak District."
