It was a lovely, clean, friendly hotel in a beautiful setting with a stunning view from our room. Food was fabulous, not too far from the airport or St Peter's port .

We really enjoyed our stay at Fermain Valley hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We got a free upgrade from the Venue to the main hotel where our room had a balcony. The breakfast was really nice. We also got a free shuttle to and from the airport which was a nice touch.

Amazing hotel with friendly and effecient staff
I cant fault the hotel for much, if anything. During our stay the heating didnt work and the windows rattled and let in cold air when the wind was strong. The hotel was immaculate and the service and food were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great service from this lovely located quality hot
Excellent service from the staff in particular the Restaurant Manager Boris. From the warm welcome to the tasty food, this was a very good stay indeed

Fun in the islands
The hotel is well situated on the bus routes for easy travel to all parts of Guernsey. The beach along with an excellent cafe is about 400 yards from the hotel either by a path through the hotel garden or a public road just outside the hotel The hotel rooms are excellent with varied views depending on the type of room delected Food is very good and the included breakfasts are excellent

Lovely place with great views, clean and tidy and good food options. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Few extra loungers/chairs round the pool but easily sorted.

Couples week away.
Top class stay in May 23. 5 mins to the beach cafe. Perfect facilities. Lovey room. Had issue with broken phone and room services left door open, but rewarded with ice cold bottle of wine. Best hotel stay for years. Watch out for service charges included at the bar and restaurants not cheap

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was excellent - just one evening when i thought the cleaning of our room had been rushed. Food in the Boho restaurant really great and all the breakfasts were excellent Wasn't that impressed with our evening meal at the Ocean View restaurant- overcooked and overpriced

Great Hotel
Family stay for an event, hotel was great location and very accommodating with requests. We didn’t eat in the evening there but had a drink in the Rock Garden and it was great - highly recommend.

Short 2 night staycation
Clean and spacious room, a lovely short break! We had the pool to ourselves when we used it, breakfast service was swift and friendly. Dinner in Rock Garden was delicious.

Guernsey gem
The hotel was in a very good location, giving easy access to the coastal paths and St Peters port (be prepared for lots of hills!). The room was excellent, large, clean & well equipped (tea making, safe, TV etc). We also had a partial sea view, which was brilliant. The breakfast choice & quality was excellent. The airport transfer option was good (although this wasn't possible for our departure due to the hotel car being unavailable). The reception & restaurant staff were very attentive & helpful, although there was only one receptionist available to cover the guests checking out (which was busy & time-consuming). Booking the restaurants was a bit hit & miss and we were missed from the reservation lists on two occasions (there either appeared to be some issues with the PC systems being used or things were simply forgotten?). Nonetheless, these were easily dealt with. The pathway between the hotel & Buho restaurant was unlit (although light beacons were present, but not working). Overall, our stay was excellent & this hotel is highly recommended. Guernsey is a fantastic island & coupling a visit with a stay at the Fermaine Hotel will not disappoint.

It was a wonderful first visit to Guernsey. The staff at the Fermain Valley Hotel are superb. Professional but also friendly and asked if we enjoyed our day/where had we been. We stayed in the main part of the hotel but parked in the top car park so had the upward slope to conquer each day. However, we would highly recommend the hotels.

A fine location for a short family stay
One night stay in two rooms for the family at the end of a holiday. Hotel was great, excellent staff wiith good service, superb meal at Buho and lovely small but warm pool area.The double bedroom was spacious, the twin was not. The rooms faced the main road and there was live music from the pub opposite which didn't bother us, but would be a problem for others. Breakfast was fine, although service a little slower than one would expect. Overall, a lovely staff with lovely staff, if somewhat expensive.

A lovely hotel with a beautiful setting. We enjoyed walking in the gardens and eating in the different restaurants. However we really enjoyed the different amenities including the hotels own private cinema and pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Would love to stay again.

Superb Hotel
The hotel was exceptional. All areas were clean and the room was cleaned well every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The hotel was 25 minute walk from St Peters Port downhill there, but I would advise using the regular bus service to get back. The location was superb, with a short steep walk down to beautiful beach. There was a cafe down there that was excellent too. Car park was small but I would advise dropping luggage off then parking at top of hill in Buho restaurant car park, this is one of the two hotel restaurants. Overall difficult to find any faults, it was a truly super hotel.
