Great dining options and activities on the resort. Some of the restaurants will need a reservation, you should reserve all of them the day you arrive!! This way you wont get stuck having dinner late. Sometimes they will have a cancelation or two and can accommodate you for a different time if you show up extra early. Lots of non-alcoholic options and beer. About 15 Vendors came on Tuesday to sell souvenirs, great prices and easy to negotiate with. I believe they also come on Saturday as well. I highly recommend buying from there or the shops outside, the airport shops are double or triple the price for the same items. The pools are great, lazy river was amazing. Beach water temperatures were perfect. Becuase the shore is on the Atlantic side, a lot of sea weed floating around but once you pass the area where they tend float around which will be chest deep-- alot less sea weed. Staff contantly clean the shores from the seaweed which is a plus. People and staff are freindly. I recommend some excursions. The island is beautiful and lush. Lots to see. The fruits are unbeliveable. We picked up some local fruit from vendors on the street on our way back from the waterfall and Volcano tour. Fresh cocoa pods, coconuts etc. Its a 5 minute ride to the airport!! We got here 3 hrs prior to our flight and its not needed. Its a small airport with limited flights. 2 hours would have been perfect. Great for families, especially the waterpark. You will have a good time here.

The staff at this resort was outstanding. Multiple great food options! Only minor “complaint” is that the rooms (especially bathrooms) could use some upgrading.

Location is convenient Food was good Getting reservations for the restaurants is nearly impossible. The gal who does the reservations is not very friendly The staff acted like they hated their job Most were rude and not helpful We’ve been to several resorts throughout the years. This is the first one we will not be returning to

Coconut Bay Beach Resort is an awesome All inclusive Resort! It’s 5 minutes from the airport, and offers free shuttle service. While it’s an older facility the grounds are well kept with lush landscape and a wonderful mile Long Beach right on the ocean side of the island. Lots to do at Coconut Bay! Great restaurants, great variety of activities daily and themed dinner events throughout the week. The Caribbean night offers amazing food and entertainment, as does the Country Western night. Vernon instructs a great aqua exercise class in the main pool! All the bartenders and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our daily housekeepers Casey and Rose went above and beyond to make sure our room was well attended to. The room has a coffe pot and mini fridge that are stocked with coffee fixings, water, soft drinks and Piton beers. Perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return. We even took a private island tour one day to see the mud baths and drive through volcano. So much beauty on Saint Lucia!

The property was very dated. Maintenance staff was painting outside walls to make is look fresh, while the rooms were nasty and other areas were great need of upkeep. Wooden lounge chairs were falling apart, broken umbrellas, hot tub jets did not work in the Adult Only section. We reserved a Harmony Premium Oceanview room and reported severe mold smell, ants running around tabletops, inability to control scolding hot water in the shower, the front door had 1/4" gaps around the entire perimeter. They sent housekeeping with bleach. We then demanded to speak with a manager again, finally we were moved to a new room which looked like the room advertised on their website. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this resort to anyone. The only upside to this place was Lucy, the resort dog, she is wonderful!

Beautiful property with wonderful staff! Lots to do under a beautiful canopy of vegetation, ocean front and activity options. Vernon does a great aqua exercise class but be ready for a great energizing workout! It was awesome! We loved enjoying a quieter breakfast and dinner at the Veranda. The staff is excellent and the food was amazing! Farm to table fresh vegetables and herbs is special! The Caribbean night event on Saturday was above and beyond! The buffet style Caribbean food selections were wonderful. The entertainment was WOW! Steel drum band, stilt walkers, fire dancers, engaging DJ…Loved every minute!

It is obvious that the ownership and management care to keep this place up and constantly improving. We believe the staff makes the property and the staff at Coconuts is the best we've experienced in a very long time. Maybe ever!

We stayed on the Harmony side and it was more relaxed and quiet. Enjoyed the view of the grounds, palm trees along the beach & the sound of the waves. The Atlantic side is windy at the beach and water is rough at times but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was quite good and several options are available. Lazy river was nice over on the Splash side of the resort.

Not at all what was advertised. Amenities and "luxury" inclusions were inaccurate. None of the restaurants advertised had reservations available. Main dining buffet food was terrible. Not a 4 star resort in my estimation. It's good for families with lots of kids. The "Adult Only" part was not separate and we shared much of the same dining and beach areas.

The rooms could use some updating but other than that, everything was amazing. The staff were incredible. We had a couple bar tenders that everyday remembered our drinks. I would certainly consider coming back here.

This is a very nice resort. The staff was excellent, and we met a lot of friendly people. As "empty nesters" we got a room on the harmony side, but wandered over to the splash side occasionally to get to the beach or lazy river, and found that the family side was equally well run. The food and drinks were excellent too!

This was our second trip to Coconut Bay and we were had an amazing time again. The pools, waterslides, and lazy river kept everybody busy, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredible. Coconut Bay will definitely be on our list again next time we plan a family vacation!

Coconut bay is a gem. It may not be a 5 star resort but the amenities and relaxing beach front was great. We definitely had a blast. It is a more mature/family friendly place where younger aged adults looking to party may have a harder time finding something to do. Staff are mostly nice, there are a few that can be rude but that’s like most service businesses. I would recommend it for families or those looking for a really quiet place to vacation

View of ocean is lovely. Staff were always friendly & welcoming. We especially enjoyed mornings with Bertha, during breakfast on Veranda! Food at Flip Flops was always awesome and enjoyed, especially at 11pm! Best part was the resort having Lucy (& 2 cats) there to give us guests some pet-enjoyment, as we were missing our own dog! Thank you for being animal-friendly!

I've stayed at many all-inclusive resorts. It was nice that they offer transportation anytime u arrive and every hour back to airport. It is only a mile away. Staff very nice. Drinks good. Food good. Property beautiful. Temp was in the 80s, hot in the sun with a breeze which was nice. Always a breeze on this side of the island. Didnt have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get a pool chair. Beach clean. The only think i would change is the nighttime entertainment (shows) could be a bit better, and maybe I'm only saying that after visiting so many other resorts. No complaints

The resort is super close to the airport which is a huge plus, considering everything else on the island is about an hour and a half from the airport. The staff is great! Super friendly and everyone seemed happy to be there, except some of the folks at the pool restaurant. The pools were clean, easy to find beach chairs, and wee never experienced a long wait for drinks/food. They have several restaurants but they are only open certain days a week, so make your reservations on Saturday morning when the schedule opens. The buffet was a good option too, which is open every meal/day. We enjoyed the themed nights on the pool patio and the water slides. We stayed on the adults only side which was quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely visit again.
