“Great place to stay!”

We had a very nice two night stay. I asked for adjoining rooms or next door and we got adjoining. In the past special requests are not always payed attention to. I appreciated that. We were also planning to walk to the City Museum in the evening but decided to ask Kevin at the desk if it was well lit and okay to walk. He was honest and advised against it. We saw Kevin several times while there and he was VERY helpful. We would definately stay again. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. The breakfast was great and the evening snacks as well. Great family hotel! :)

“Great for Families”

The staff serving the breakfast/snacks was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall is that there are not enough elevators and the ones they do have are very slow. Otherwise, our overall experience was very good!

“Great place to stay with family!”

This hotel completely met our expectations! Great facility, very personable staff! My kids enjoyed the pool, and the complimentary snacks as well. Would definitely stay here again, and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends in the future.

“Great for the cost”

For an “economy” type hotel, they are excellent. Nothing fancy, but everything in the room worked as it should have – A/C was cold (thermostat on the wall), water presser was fine; shower was good, room was clean, coffee maker worked, etc. Complementary breakfast in the morning was definitely a plus. Factoring in the price, as a business traveler I would highly recommend this hotel.

“All around great hotel”

The hotel was very pet friendly and accommodating for families. The staff was very friendly and made sure that we had all we needed. The computers in the lobby were helpful as well as access to wi-fi. The view of the arch was quite beautiful at night. The secure parking was definitely a plus.

“Amazing Staff, Spotless Rooms, Terrific Stay”

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Everyone from Alicia at the front desk, who welcomed us like family into her own home, to the gentleman collecting towels at the pool, to the housekeepers who helped find some things we left in the room were warm and friendly. The room was a good size for 3 of us to move around comfortably, and spotless. The pool was perfect for families and with the room key required to enter, it felt much more secure than most hotels. Even if we hadn't gotten such a good deal on this room, I would heartily recommend this hotel to others.

“A pleasant hotel experience!”

All the personnel I met were very positive. Gauda (sp?) was on desk duty Monday night, and was most helpful. I noticed that one light was out by the bed, but by the time I came back to the room the next day, it had been replaced. Good attention to detail. After traveling in Europe, I've learned not to take for granted a hot breakfast that is included in the price of the room. Thank you!

“Good”

The room was very nice and comfortable. The pillows did not have an ordor, the elevator was very prompt, the staff very friendly and courteous and it was very quiet. Of course we were there during the week. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Very nice”

The hotel was very nice. Very clean and the front desk attendants were very helpful. The location was great. Union station was just down the street and the Arch was only a short drive away. The price was good for the close proximity to downtown. We'd definitely stay here again when we decide to come back.

“Very Impressed!”

We were very impressed with the Pear Tree Inn. The staff was so friendly, the hotel was clean and the ammenities were great. The breakfast was very nice and our room was very comfortable. It is a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops! We will be going back!
