This is lovely house that meets all our needs...close to family, close to the national park, and dog friendly. It is always clean and very well presented. WE will be back...hopefully we will have winter holiday and enjoy the fire!!

Beautiful home to stay for our holiday in the mountains! Highly recommend.
Awesome house to stay in and would certainly recommend staying there in the future. The house had everything we needed and more with everything supplied from cooking utensils in the kitchens, tools for the BBQ outside, and blankets galore for those chilly nights. Thank you for creating a cozy environment for your guests.

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped house in a stunning location. Absolutely fabulous!!!
Loved this beautiful house with the cosy fireplace. My friends and I had a lovely weekend away and enjoyed the stunning scenery and very manageable walks. A huge thanks to Carrie and John who were the perfect hosts.

Great Getaway
We loved our stay! It was great to be able to have 2 separate living areas. Also great for Purling Brooke falls walks. Highly recommend a night stroll to the top of the falls - so nice.

Perfect retreat for young family with grandparents

Wonderful home in Springbrook
John has a beautiful house up in Springbrook. The home has everything you could possibly need. It is modern, very clean and has all the mod cons for a comfortable stay. Booking and checking in was easy and John was available if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

My family enjoyed staying in this stylish home. It is located in a convenient location ‘in town’ ;) The facilities were great; clean, homely and very comfortable. Exactly what you want after a day of exploring the NP’s.

The Mountain House
We had a wonderful stay at the mountain house and plan to return to do more walks we didn’t get to do on this trip. Perfect for a long weekend escape for fresh air & nature! A chance to leave iPads at home and forage for sticks for the fire instead.

Walkers delight
we have just returned from a long weekend at this property and it was amazing. the house was spotless with a well stocked kitchen. sitting on the deck with a glass of wine was just so relaxing. we had 2 dogs with us and although we couldn't take them into the national parks there was still some nice walks around and the local cafe allowed us to sit on the patio with them and enjoy yet another glass of wine. we all really enjoyed our stay and will be back. thank you for an amazing weekend.

Our time at this property was absolutely amazing. The check in process was easy and the property owners were great with communication. Spent a lovely week at this property with our teen kids and their friends. It’s well set up with just about everything you can think of included. A cosy fireplace and plenty of wood supplies kept us warm!

Check in/out was easy. The place was very clean and we'll stocked with all essentials. Lovely that it was so close to the waterfall but I didn't realize it was still in "suburbia" so there were many lawn mowers going on Saturday morning. In saying that I would definitely visit again 😊

We all loved our weekend at John's house. Beautiful big windows to the view of trees & garden, walking distance to Purlingbrook Falls, immaculately clean, great having 3 bathrooms, & very well equipped kitchens. We even saw a Lamington Blue Crayfish on the lower verandah!

We had the most relaxing time at Springbrook. The house was wonderfully appointed. All of the little things (like a coffee machine and milk frother were included) along with a great selection of books and up to date magazines. The bird feeder in the back yard provided us with a live show of king parrots and cockatoos. With Purlingbrook Falls within walking distance of the property, there is no reason to get your car out of the carport once you’ve arrived.

Beautiful location. Can't go wrong.
Our group of 8 included 3 generations including grandparents wirh mobility issues over 3 days for a family wedding. The house suited our needs perfectly with space for all,comfort,good quality furnishings and cleanliness. Lovely views from the deck and lots of kookaburras and a firepit. Cafe's close by and easy access to lots of trails nearby. The owners were helpful and accessible,especially when we needed to change plans due to covid restrictions. Thanks for a great stay!!
