“Great hotel, and great location”

Excellent hotel, max 1 flight of stairs to any room. Supermarket across the road, so food easily available - note you only get small microwave for cooking

“Good Value”

Recently painted room and building. Clean property. Clean rooms with timely housekeeping service. Front desk was helpful for requests/questions. Fruit/cereal/milk/juice/coffee/toast/muffin beakfast was adequate for our needs. Three blocks from Whitworth University. Nice family restaruant across the street. This is on the north end of Spokane - not a downtown location. It is on the main north/south divider of the city which is one of the exits off of I90 and so it is easy to get to downtown. We will use it again if returning to Spokane.

“Excellent for the price”

A little older motel but clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I liked the fact it had fridge, microwave, and bar sink. The only down side were there pillows, flat and hard.

Very clean, easy to get to. Longer trip to the air port than I though it would be. Room was small, but we were only there one night. Bed was harder than we are used to, but ok. Very good for the $$$.

Perfect location for us. Easy access to Rosauer's supermarket & restaurant. Great price for the Deluxe Family Suite. Not the newest, but clean and friendly.

Found the Apple Tree Inn to be comfortable, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Was surprised that a mini suite did not have iron and ironing board and coffee pot. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

We are always treated as special. They are always there when we need a place to stay. We hope to return soon.

I booked my room and then few days later read a review that said the place was dirty. I kept the room and am glad I did. The room was clean and it had a fridge, kitchen sink area, microwave, pleanty of parking. It was next to a grocery store and a Starbucks. I did not have the breakfast but it looked adequate, I also did not use the pool. For the poor review saying this place was dirty...the person must be used to very nice places. If you regularly stay at high dollar places that put a mint on your pillow then you will be disappointed. But if you are a Motel 6 kind of person and look for a clean, safe place that will not break your wallet then this place is what you want. If I ever need to stay in Spokane again I WILL stay here.
