"We have just spent 3 nights at Splendida Palace and what an amazing boutique hotel. It is located up a small quiet road where we were allocated a private parking space. We were greeted by Marija, a very happy and positive person who speaks very good English. She gave us lots of tips on where to visit which were really useful. "Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beautiful property and lovely hosts! If there is one small complaint it would be the parking/valet situation. The owner will park your vehicle at his property off site and drop it off for you as you wish. This is lovely and they are so accommodating, however having someone else drive your vehicle or rental vehicle might make you uncomfortable and we were not made aware of this before arriving. I’m not sure if we would have done anything differently but...

"The apartment was nice, well kept and clean. The ammenities provided were excellent and the pool was also a great addition to the property. The hosts were easily contacted and very welcoming. They provided me with a detailed description of the city, sites and beaches to visit. Property is in a great location in terms of its proximity to the beach (<10 min walk), to nearby shops, the bus station and the old town (5-10 min Uber ride). Had a great experience during my stay will be returning next...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Divota. It’s near enough to the centre without having any noise disturbance. Breakfast at the restaurant is so convenient and the choice and serving size is great. Having a decent sized fridge, glasses, bottle opener and kettle in the apartment is so thoughtful. "
