Appartamento favoloso ma zero parcheggio

L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, pulito e con interni nuovissimi (nonostante l'esterno del palazzo sia un po' fatiscente). Unica pecca: il parcheggio, che nelle caratteristiche descritte sul sito è gratuito. Effettivamente il parcheggio è gratuito ma non è riservato! La zona è vicina al centro e densamente abitata, quindi ogni volta che ci si sposta si deve sperare di trovare un buco al ritorno. :(

At first we were a bit worried as the area looked a bit interesting (we arrived late at night). But we were quiet happy as it was close to Old Split town andbtbe room was lovely and clean and comfortable

odd, slightly unsatisfying experience

Croatia has a really weird hotel system which is confusing and makes life difficult. You arrive at the hotel as indicated in the reservation, and you find that there is no hotel there. you make a call and someone turns up, tells you it's an old location, and takes you somewhere else. but you quickly realise that they just have loads of hotels under management and they simply put you in the next available apartment and it could be any location... (ours was 10 min drive from the "old location") there is no professional personnel, instead a part-time student living close cleaning once before you arrive and taking your passport copies (for record keeping?? and tax purposes)..... dodgy.... i liked the apartment and the area but the worst of all was the fact that no breakfast was provided....... although it clearly says that it is, and i picked this hotel because i wanted breakfast........

Nice apartment close to center

Great apartment close to the center (old town and restaurants) of Split. Close to supermarkets, bakery and green market. Very calm area. Breakfast served at restaurant 1 km away (a 15-minute-walk). No balcony and no garden to sit in. 2 kilometres to closest beach. Nice and service-minded staff, easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed our stay.

O endereço do apartamento não corresponde ao do site hoteis.com e se você não tiver internet 24 horas não tem como receber o endereço por WhatsApp já que por e_mail não veio. O apartamento fica num lugar estranho e escuro. Ele é mobiliado com muitas coisas, tapetes e cortinas que não são saudáveis para quem tem algum problema alérgico, o ar condicionado é só na sala e os quartos ficam quentes. Não recomendo!

Great modern room in cool old building.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the center of Split. The appliances were new and everything worked. They provide plenty of towels and a cleaning when requested. I would stay here again and recommend this apartment to a friend or family member when staying in Split. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you anything you need.

Nice apartment a few minutes walk from the Palace in the City Center. Free breakfast about 7 minutes walk to other side of City Center - great ambiance and coffee, but food was average. Property owner was very attentive and helpful. Great place to stay - would recommend.

Ett bra lägenhet med kök och ett sovrum. Fanns tvättmaskin och två TV-apparater med många kanaler. Mycket snabb och säker Wi-fi. När vi bokade så är adressen man ser bokningskontorets adress, så vi var lite fundersamma var vi skulle hamna. Nu fick vi en lägenhet enbart 50 M från kontoret. Lägenheten ligger nära hamnen och gamla stan. Det var en bra standard i lägenheten med en skön säng. Nackdelen var att det var tidvis störande trafik utanför lägenheten.

Vi hadde god kontakt med Crojetset før ankomst, og de skulle til og med ordne en taxi å hente oss fra havnen da vi ankom. De skrev at det var mulig at han skulle komme 1 eller to minutter etter oss, men etter 15 minutter bestemt vi oss for å ta en annen taxi. Da vi kom fram var resepsjonisten svært uhyggelig mot vår taxisjåfør, selv da vi prøvd å forklare at det var vi som bestilt det etter taxien deres ikke kom. Da viste det seg at leiligheten var ikke der resepsjonen var uansett, men i en privat boligblokk ikke så veldig langt under. Hun ringte deres taxisjåfør som kom og kjørte oss og resepsjonisten bort til bygningen. Taxisjåføren beklaget i massevis for at han hadde blitt forsinket pga trafikken, og virket veldig hyggelig. Leiligheten var i en litt eldre bygg, men var nyoppusset og rent. Det var ikke det samme som leiligheten vi så i bildene, men det funket bra for oss, og var kanskje 10 minutters fottur fra alt. Vi trivdes godt der, det var stille så lenge man hadde vinduene stengt, airconditioning funket bra, kjøkkenet var liten med hadde alt man kunne trenge. Da det kom til ut-sjekk, hadde vi sagt at vi måtte dra senest kl. 7, da vi måtte rekke fergen, og tenkte de skulle komme litt før. Dette ble tydeligvis misforstått, da resepsjonisten kom prikk kl. 7 - akkurat da vi var på veien ut døren. Vi kunne kanskje ha vært tydeligere, og sagt at de måtte komme 6:45 feks, men tenkte ikke det var nødvendig. I sin helhet et flott plass å bo, rent og sentralt.

Fantastic apartments in a great location within the palace walls. 5 minute walk from the waterfront and lots of bars, restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity. Staff were very helpful and provide you with a map etc on arrival. Would highly recommend these apartments.

The apartment we stayed in was a little out of the main area of Split, but within easy reach of several beaches and some fantastic restaurants - you have to try both Restoran MOVI and Dvor. When going into central Split we opted to just walk, which only took 25/30 minutes. The apartment is very clean and in good condition. On the first night the fridge stopped working, but the team did everything they could to get it working again and minimise any hassle or stress, with good communication at all times. A great location for a relaxing holiday - would definitely book again.

Ok appartment, although misleading in location

We thought that the appartment would be located at the city center near the office, but that wasn't the case. Our appartment was almost 30 minutes walk from the city center. So if you decide to book a appartment from this agency, be sure to verify ahead of time the location. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great studio apartment, not a hotel room.

It's a studio apartment, not a hotel room. Beautiful, clean, newly updated. Small kitchenette. The "hotel office" is not where the apartment is, so don't judge the apartments by the office location. The apartment we had was in easy walking distance of the old town and port. Parking was free, but took a little work to find a spot. Helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in an apartment "Cubicula", which is situated in the Dioclecian's palace - location is as central as you can get. The apartment was nice and the Cro Jet Set staff was friendly and helpful, the general manager even helped us find a free parking space - almost mission impossible in the centre :) Definitely recommended.
