"Cons: Older property was outdated, our tv didn't work for 3 days. Bed hurt me after a few nights. Pros: nice pool and beach! Super nice staff! Over the top service from MO and Doreen, Amy at the front desk was awesome and Daniel and Gregory and the wait staff in the restaurant were just the best! Super clean property. I must tell you about the tree frogs. They put on a small opera at night. You'll see what I mean. But you get used to them and then they become white noise. The roosters will wake you early, so no alarm required. I don't blame the property for frogs or roosters as I came to learn they are island wide so just get used to it. Write it off to "island charm". This is not a giant resort. It is not near activities. BUT, if you want to relax and just "chill" and enjoy the BEST views then this is your spot. It does grow on you."
Hamilton Princess & Beach Club - a Fairmont Managed Hotel

"We loved our stay at the Princess. The pools were great, the shuttle to the beach club was easy, lots of on premise food options — great place for families. Staff was all nice and facilities are very well maintained. Would return as a couple or a family!"

"Amazing location with great views. Beach is very nice, pinkish sand and well maintained. The guy who rakes the seaweed in the morning deserves a raise! Restaurants are nice and staff is friendly."
Charming , Comfortable Cottage Near Amenities

"Thomas was responsive to our questions and had good suggestions on touring before and after we arrived. We accepted his airport taxi pick-up and the stop to shop for groceries on the way. The cottage was clean and tidy plus had condiments, coffee even jam and peanut butter. The kitchen was well equipped but the non-stick pans should be replaced. Overall the cottage was very functional and everything worked well. To expand the limited outdoor sitting area we made use of big deck with its own sheltered sitting area across the road. This is mentioned in the description but is a major highlight for the property. It was easy to get to and we spent a lot of time there. The cottage location is close to the bus stops we used every day. Before you arrive find out how to use the bus system. It is excellent."

"We had a very nice time. The lobby and restaurants are updated. Resort is 5 min from the airport. Taxis were easy to get , the staff was nice and friendly, comfortable bed, food was good by the pool amd very nice private beach set up . For the price and location - highly reccomend. We will be back."

" Breakfast was very good, and delivered on time every day-the pool was clean and water was perfect temp-very relaxing - and the dinner at Fourways is the best dining experience I have had -for the 2nd time in 10 years the staff out did themselves!!"

"We strongly recommend this lovely place. The view of the ocean in the front yard is incredible with plenty of seating and a hot tub to soak in. The unit was well outfitted and spotless and the hosts couldn’t be any warmer or more helpful. You have the use of a beautiful semi private beach down a flight of stairs that was well worth the climb. What we found most useful was the access to the # 7 bus which was steps outside our door. This takes you into Hamilton or the Royal Dockyard depending on the direction. Long chats with Wendell topped off our enjoyment with this excellent choice."
