This basic unit is spacious & clean with ok comfy bed. AC unit was a little noisy but didn’t interrupt sleep. Bathroom is very dated but clean & functional

Quiet, easy to access, beds were comfortable and clean. Good for what we needed. A stopover while long distance driving. Short drive to town. Seemed to be a little water damage though

It is a convenient motel in South West Rocks. I'm not rating more of it as I paid for a 2-beds room but we were given a 1-bed room, as we arrived late at night and very tired we didn't ask for changing room or getting the extra bed as requested.

Very clean & spacious room- refreshed brand new bathroom was great. Nice little swimming pool. 2 minute walk to local IGA & great pizza takeaway , Pilot Pizza. Short 4 min drive to village & beach

A very good, clean, spacious, well appointed room
We were very pleased when we walked into the room. It was spacious, well set out, very clean and practical, with generous provision of simple things like tea, coffee.and milk. We slept well too as the beds were very comfortable.

We only stayed for 1 night on our road trip north. This motel was spotlessly clean. Check in was easy and the only interaction we had with the owner which was very favorable. The room had everything you would want. Would stay there again.

This was my 9th night Travelling, what a great find. Family owned & run, very informative of area & takeaway that delivers to Motel. everything was just perfect, hopefully I will get to stay there again as it was so peaceful & relaxing.

Nice motel for a short stay in South West Rocks
Nice motel about 25 minutes walk from the beach. On the main access road into South West Rocks but no noise as rooms are below road. Suspect the motel has had various updates over years with bathroom starting to show its age. Still it was great for a 2 night stay. Good on-site parking and good wifi. Reception was welcoming.

The Motel was very clean and the bed was super comfy, great to have a restaurant on the property. Staff also very friendly, all round a 10 out of 10!!!
