“Convenient and inexpensive”
We needed a hotel near downtown Metuchen for the weekend. This was inexpensive and conveniently located. The staff was pleasant and even upgraded our room. The room was clean and comfortable although certainly not fancy. No noise, which I am very sensitive about when staying at a hotel. No frills, except free wifi, but easy on the wallet.

I was expecting a dive but actually it wasn't bad. I had a comfortable nights sleep for a great price. What more can you ask for on a one night stay. I would come back.

“Decent Place to Sleep”
All in all, this was a fine place to sleep. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. If I wanted more amenities, like nice surrounding neighborhood or other hotel services, this would not be the place to stay, however, for my needs, it was more than adequate.
“Recommended for a good nights sleep”
Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. We were there for a visit to New York, and this hotel is close [about 2 miles] from the NJ railway, which gets you into the center of Manhattan. No breakfast here, like in most other RR, but nice coffee in the reception area.
“Good deal for price”
Hotel was good value for price. It is located a bit out of the way. The room was satisfactory. The only complaint was that the coffee maker in the lobby did not work.
“Not impressed”
i didnt not recieve any clean towels or wash cloths, no one came to clean my room. i had to take out my own trash and go to the front desk for new towels and wash cloths. sheets had blood on them. not impressed at all. currently waiting for the manager to call me back regarding this issue.
“Shady characters galore”
There were a bunch of loud roudy drunken hotel patrons hanging around outside one of the room smoking weed. That was a turn off.
