Hi Sharon,Thank you for review, we have taken note of the maintenance issues which have now been rectified, and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay with us.Being that our bistro is very busy with both houseguests and locals alike, there is sometimes a wait to allow our kitchen team to operate to their very best, this would be why our bookings were spaced out and it may have seemed there were lots of empty tables. I am however pleased our staff were able to accommodate your request for a table at short notice.Thank you again for taking the time to provide us with your feedback!

Hi Debbie,We can only apologise for this. Our venue is regularly maintained and treated by a pest controller for all creepy crawlies and rodents. We are sorry one has obviously slipped through the cracks and this is not a regular occurrence.
