"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palazzo Violetta at the end of April 2024. The hotel is spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful and we will stay here again, it is a very good location for buses/ferries but we will request a different room. We were located at the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy, we could have asked to move rooms but did not want to re-pack so we just endured the noise. The walk back to the hotel is all uphill which is fine if you are mobile. There are not many...

"My stay was excellent in every respect except one. There is no security for guests entering the building, lifts or corridors. There is a route in which bypasses reception and is open 24 hours. This was a background concern, otherwise excellent value for money, location, cleanliness, facilities, friendly staff. "

"Hot buffet Breakfast would be cold warm due to not being kept hot on the Bain marie servery. Noise was due to building works being carried out directly outside. All staff were polite and courteous but the front of house manager i forget their names (sorry) one was Male and female who were very warm, friendly but also helpful with practical issues about timeframes, access to facilities and concern of taxi arriving which in the end did without a problem but they offered up alternative solution...

"The Europa Hotel is in an excellent location on Sliema seafront and has a convenient drop off lane outside away from the busy main road. Popular beaches are a short walk away, as are some shops including chain stores. There are many atmospheric bars and restaurants on the promenade. The hotel staff are very welcoming and mostly very pleasant, this includes those on reception,in the restaurant and cleaning staff. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, the showers are excellent and free...

"The room was fine for a short stay and for what you pay. Staff were very helpful both on arrival and leaving. Although walls are very thin so as a light sleeper I could hear everyone coming and going! Other than that no complaints "
