The chef was very personable and even arranged bacon to be available for us at breakfast even though it is not on their menu. "The house is situated in a quiet environment. We think this house is good for two adults. It is an old house and downstairs is very nice. Kitchen , bank and sitting place. Upstairs is small because of the floor is skew. But the house is very nice for spring autumn and wintertime . We think that in summertime it will be a pity that you cannot sit in a garden or outside . Surrounding is good for walking and cycling . "Hotel Koldingfjord was fantastic, impressive, beautiful, peaceful, and more. I wish we spent more time here. I fell in love with Denmark in part because of Hotel Koldinfjord. I definitely want to return. The hotel was going through some construction improvements, but it did not take away from or joy in being there. If anything, it will make our next visit even more enjoyable."
