Book a 2-night minimum stay in a valid rate category 6 January - 15 February 2012 for travel 6 January - 31 March 2012 and receive a SGD$50 nett Spa credit per person/stay.

Must book a SGD 50 Spa Credit Per Person Per Stay rate category to receive benefit. Credit not valid to purchase products, hands and feet treatments, and waxing services. Use of credit is subject to availability of spa appointment. Guests may email spa.singapore@stregis.com to book an appointment in advance of arrival. Unused spa credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other services. Spa appointment cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. “Retired Australian”

Overall the stay at St regis Singapore was good but the butlar room service had trouble serving coffee hot it was mostly look warm. Furniture is some dissrepair and maitenence has to be improved for the hotel to be first class. Location is not bad but a bit removed from city centre. Staff very obliging.

“terrific hotel with great rooms”

As soon as you walk in you know you are at a great hotel. Everyone was very friendly and were genuine in wanting to know about you and your stay in Singapore. The rooms were enormous and were made complete with a butler service bringing tea or coffee fresh to your room. will definately go back.

Area recommendations

When we go to Singapore we always go to Newtons Circus as they have the best Chilli Crab and seafood a must if you like seafood. The new Marina sands is also worth seeing and going up to the skypark is amazing you can see nearly all of Singapore. shopping there is also great with alittle Venice canal inside.

“excellent hotel & service”

Hotel surroundings and nearby mall (Tanglin) were flooded during our stay due to tropical rain downpour, but this is beyond hotel's control, so we suggest hotel management propose to government for better drainage systems as flooding was only specific to hotel surroundings & Tanglin Mall nearby and not at other hotels along Orchard Rd.

“Super hotel in Singapore”

The St. Regis is the best hotel I have stayed in while traveling to Singapore. My room was the big, bathroom big and the bed comfortable. Nothing included in my rate though.

Area recommendations

This hotel is close to top rated medical facilities and also Orchard road for shopping and restaurants. Quite area not right on the main road.

Getting around

Take a local taxi to the hotel cheap! Even better is the MRT, clean, safe and efficient.

“singapore's hidden charm”

the st.regis hotel is for guests whom want peace ,tranquillity and service. when a hotel is well managed there is always an invisible presence of sophisticated ,well thought out and disciplined management. the quality of the service is a function of education and training. after 30 years global investment banking experience,there is no other hotel at this level of excellence in singapore ,irrespective of their branding. to balance out this opinion i believe the restaurant selection and franchises need to be reconsidered and made more personal.

“Fabulous! Fantastic! Charming!”

A perfect stay in a wonderful, clean, safe city. With limited time and family who have just moved over on business to catch up with the hotel was in a perfect position to do what they thought would be possible with the limited time available. We enjoyed every moment and returning to the St. Regis each afternoon or having a leisurely morning fitted our tight schedule perfectly. The unhurried pace made the three days seem a lot longer. Cannot wait to return.

Area recommendations

Orchard Road, Singapore Zoo, Marina. Holland Village. We were only there 3 days and did not venture out of the city area. We have a list of things 'to do' and places to see for our next visit which will be a longer trip.

Shopping

As there are so many categories to choose from I can only give an overview due to us being there only 3 days. We were there in February and the weather was perfect! I had heard about the humidity and was worried but did not find it overwhelming as some suggested it would be. Everywhere you go has air conditioning. The taxi sevice is very good and reasonably priced. The shopping was wonderful. Orchard Road served our needs really well and I was amazed to see so many of the high end stores duplicated. The service in the stores was exceptional. My daughter-in-law mentioned about the markets and Holland Road having a 'pre-loved' designer bag store. All the more reason to return to this wonderful, clean and safe city/country.

“Would stay there again, but (see below)”

IF I WENT TO SINGAPORE AGAIN, I WOULD STAY AT A HOTEL THAT WAS FIVE STAR AND OFFERED FREE INTERNET IN THE ROOM. I DON'T LIKE PAYING FOR THE INTERNET, IF MOST HOTELS OFFER IT FREE THEN ALL HOTELS SHOULD. I AM CONSTANTLY ON THE INTERNET.

“Okay. Not as good as the Ritz Carlton”

The room was nice - though a bit glitzy ! The control panel in the room was very frustrating. It was difficult to understand and it was hard to switch off all the lights without affecting the air conditioning.
