“Will definately stay again”

Have now stayed at The Holiday Inn Atrium twice and highly recommend it. Staff are very helpful and friendly and it is very easy to get around. Great value for money.

“Worst Hotel Ever”

I was assaulted by a drunk fat man, upon complaining to the security guard there, the only thing he said was, "I cant do anything, he is also a guest."This hotel is not adviseable for women to stay.

“4th Time - not as good as in the past”

Normally good service and cleanliness, but this time luggage was forgotten - I had to ring and request it - 2 1/2 hours after arrival and the room was not serviced - not a real issue but in principal was disappointing I requested a particular room number and was very clear with my expectation - the hotel new nothing of it???? very frustrating and disappointing!!!

“Will return next time I am in Singapore”

The staff at the Hotel are very helpful which I fully appreciated when my shuttle came early and I had not yet started to eat my meal. The staff ran around and organised for it to be a 'take away'. The rooms are comfortable and they are very helpful when you are organising things. Close to some good shopping so just had a 5 min walk. I will definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

Marina area has been nicely developed with lots to see and do. Expensive to stay there and taxis are cheap so easier to stay a little away from there.

“Excellent Service”

The hotel provided excellent service. The only negatives are the hint of an “older hotel smell within the hallways and the seems to be a little more costly then some other hotels. However the room was very clean and comfortable. As such, I would recommend this hotel and plan to choose it again on future travel.

“A good hotel worth to go back again.”

This is not the first time I have lived in Holiday Inn, this hotel, doesn't matter where are you going to check in, all deliver the same feeling to a customer, cleaning and tidy room, friendly customer servcie, if you ask me the bad side of this hotel, I will say maybe the location, is not very very very convenient. You might need to walk 20minutes to China Town, and 10 minutes to a close subway station. But overall, it's a very good hotel.

Area recommendations

I would say China Town, as you can find out a lot of delicious Singapore food there, and it's very easy to catch either public transport and taxi to some other places from China Town.
