Eastin Grand was awesome! The view from the 17th floor was great and the infinity pool on the 15th floor was super nice. It was really convenient to get to because it's got a walkway connecting it to the metro.

I am a business traveller who need to travel to Bangkok quite often. As most of my trip are short, I therefore have to make use of my time effectively i.e. to go for business in the morning and shopping at night. Overall this hotel is extremely convenient. Hotel staffs are helpful especially when you need to call a taxi. This hotel is just by the roadside but many might miss it as it is rather small. Therefore you may need to look for Burger King as it is right beside. Right above the hotel is Saladaeng BTS which enable easy access to places like Sukhumvit and more. Opposite the hotel is Silom Complex for our shopping need. At night, we can visit the nearby Patpong night market, get food and foot massage along the road easily that opens until after mid-night. There is even a 24hr money exchange service and 24hf McDonald just few door steps away from the hotel.
Stayed at the hotel for a week - From the minute I walked in the door, the service was excellent, welcoming professional and friendly. Close to BTS, excellent breakfasts, nice pool area and good restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
From the staff and their excellent customer service to the clean rooms, my friend and I were very impressed with Glow Trinity Silom. The staff were absolutely incredible and they were really helpful. The room was spacious enough for 2 and what we liked most was that the floor was not carpeted so it felt really clean. The hotel also provides a variety of DVDs that you can borrow for free to watch in your room. The only problem I have is that U turns don't seem to be allowed along the main road so in order to get to places north of the hotel such as Siam and Patpong Night Market the cab driver would take a route where the traffic can get pretty bad especially during the rush hour. If you're not lazy a better option would be to take the BTS which is right at the entrance of the lane leading to the hotel. Other than the food stalls along the main road, there is a morning market on the right of the hotel further down the road. We didn't know about it until the last day when the cab passed by the market while on our way to the airport.
I would highly recommend this hotel to people who are likely to spend more time in Siam. If you prefer the Pratunam area, maybe you can consider the Glow Pratunam hotel instead.
