Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice, new and Clean. The burger place they have serves great food. Room service food is great. Bar on the 37th floor looks over the skyline. The rooms are spacious and clean. 5 Min walk from BTS Chong Nonsi (Train to Central World, Siam Paragon. OR 10 min walk from Si Lom Station (Sukhumvit station, Chatuchak Weekend Market) Overall great hotel I would stay there again.
The hotel is in an area of Bangkok that has everything and that is not far from public transportation. Unlike other hotels in Thailand that I tried previously, the focus of hotel staff is on helping customers, making them as comfortable as possible and not on selling them services that they do not need. This alone is enough to make me recommend this hotel without hesitation.
The hotel was in the best location for a night out in Bangkok. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and nightlife activities just outside the hotels entrance. The hotel itself felt a little outdated but still in good condition. You still need to use an actual key to get into your room, which luckily you drop off at the front desk before you leave the hotel so that you don't have to deal with carrying it around or losing it.
We had 2 nights at isanook at the start of our holiday, the room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, desk and sofa, had a fridge, good air con, and good wifi (somewhat intermittent at times).
The hotel had lots of useful facilities however we weren't told about them upon check-in so found the pool, jacuzzi, kitchen and restaurant for ourselves after seeing the options on the wall by the lift and doing a little exploring. We also didn't know about the hotel shuttle service to a few local destinations until our final morning which was a shame!
Overall, a lovely hotel, with good facilities and friendly staff, and I would definitely stay again.
Hugging the Chao Phraya River, Silom, and Sathorn are home to the full gamut of industries. Considered part of the central business district, the area is also home to the city’s most renowned entertainment and red light area, Patpong. Other distractions include the shopping complexes of Robinson, Central, Silom, and Makro. Expect constant traffic congestion.
