"Superb private villa with enclosed pool & garden only 5 mins walk from the town. Federico is a friendly & helpful host. We were even given fresh eggs by his Dad! Views from the garden are lovely. We had a great stay - thank you. If you are taking a dog just check the costs - we paid £50 when we booked and were charged a further €70 when we left."

"I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

"The best features of this villa are its outside spaces and fantastic views. We had a great week with wonderful weather and really made the most of being in this stunning location. "Friendly welcome. Everywhere is immaculate inside and out. Well equipped and very comfortable. Good sized pool area with loungers and parasols all in good condition. In front of villa was a bbq, a large very comfortable seating area with large parasol and a separate dining area. There was also an inner courtyard with pizza oven. The villa is in easy reach of Siena and good for a week’s stay. The owners clearly care so much and want their guests to be comfortable. A car is needed."

"We had wanted to stay at a working vineyard and olive oil farm and CaNova met our plans perfectly. The house was great with plenty of space for eight adults. "We stayed three nights in the Charming Apartment in Siena and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bruno and Daniella were both great to communicate with. Daniella met us at the apartment and it was easily found by taxi from the train station. The pictures are accurate and the apartment is spacious , well equipped and very quiet. Close grocery store nearby and lots of restaurants close by as well. Great location to get around everywhere in Siena We would highly recommend the apartment"

"Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lovely pool overlooking the landscape from a hilltop. Could see Siena on a clear day. Only complaint was that the weather was unseasonably cool for that time of year in May. Owner told us that he would charge us if we turned the heat on, and that heating is very expensive. We didn't use the heat, and a couple of us did catch cold. Other than that we were fine. Owner gave us a fine bottle of Chianti wine when we checked in."

"This was an interesting stay based on the age of the property. Roberto was very helpful. He made reservations for us, checked train schedules etc. If you require wifi this may not be a good choice for you as it was not readily available. Otherwise this historical property was good. It was not easy to find so be prepared to call for good directions."
