“Great Experience”
I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff at this hotel. They were extremely polite and helpful whenever I had any inquiries or problems. Would recommend it to anyone who wants good service and a clean facility.
“A nice place to stay”
I liked the hotel a lot; it is neat & clean, the staff is helpful in every possible way and staying there gives good value for money. It is near to the Luoho Railway Staion, major shopping centers and moreover two good Indian Restaurants are also near by.

Our Executive Deluxe Room was newly renovated,and beds much softer, very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom excellent.Most staff very friendly and remembered us from previous visits.Reception girls could do with a bit more training,not very helpful,no English,whereas most other staff made a real effort.

Close to Hong Kong border, close to underground system and easy access to shops, market and good restaurants. Hotel staff very helpful and food quality was good.

Some things were slightly lower quality than the big western names, but for the price, I will not stay at the western owned places again. Same for most cities in China.

Walking distance from the worlds best shopping! We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. Good rates. Very secure place to stay.
“Convenient and comfortable, I'd go back!”
We stayed two nights at the Century Plaza in Shenzhen, and were very pleased with the accommodations. Most adequate for the price! The staff was very helpful and responsive to our requests, and all tried to help us when we asked for directions to a nearby Indian restaurant we were told to try! (We found it and it was wonderful Indian food!) It was about five blocks to the large shopping area in Lowu, and conveniently located one block from McDonalds! The bank is right next door, and we were comfortable walking around the area day and night. We even used their clean outdoor pool, and enjoyed having it all to ourselves! I was concerned, having read some negative comments after my booking, but must stress that it was a very pleasant stay...clean, comfortable, and without hassles. Would we stay there again? Most definitely!
“Quality is decreasing”
I am staying at this hotel since 3 years, but observed that quality is decreasing. Its my favorite place for staying. So kindly improve the quality of rooms.

“very loud disco”
watch out for the disco. Unless you are above the 18th floor, the disco will pound until 3a.m. The hotel does not seem to care. Also check out the bed. One room had a rock hard bed. Also, they are very careful about changing US currency. Bring new bills or go to Bank of China behind the hotel.
