“Good location”
Good location
“Not very accepting of Feria visitors”
The people at the desk seemed to cringe and get frustrated every time they had to explain where the Feria took place and how to get there. Considering I would estimate about 75% of the people staying at the hotel that week were there for the Feria, you would think the hotel would appreciate the business and be more than happy to help people out. Especially since they jacked the prices up for that week... The hotel is centrally located, but not particularly close to the Feria events (something we should have figured out beforehand but didn't). We had a "queen" bed, which was basically two small beds pushed together and not very comfortable. I've come to accept the slightly lower quality of beds throughout Spain, but this was worse than normal. Overall I just did not feel welcome at this hotel.
“Depends on your need.”
The hotel is a bit away from all the attractions in Sevilla but is well mantained. The staff were friendly and most had an fair to good English skills. Breakfast-just skip, not worth the price. The room NEEDS LIGHTING! It was difficult to read in my room. If the weather permits, and you are outside and sightseeing for most of the day, then this is a functionaly hotel. It is clean and although a bit of walk, not that far away from the Cathedral. If you spend more time in your room, (the weather was extremely rainy when I was there) then this is not the hotel for you.
“All superficial”
The website looks great, but the hotel is set back from the street, very crowded, not people friendly. Service was poor-the reception people did not speak English well and actively avoided dealing with us. The location is within walking distance of the city center and interesting tourist locations, but that's its only good point.
“excellent hotel”
Although I booked this hotel over the internet,it was excellent in every way.Staff was very helpful esp. directing us to their parking lot which was a few blocks away.It was close to Seville's main attractions,we saw everything on foot.Breakfast at the hotel was really good,lot of variety and rooms were very spacious and comfortable.Can't wait to go back.
“Not Impressed”
I had an issue with my reservation and the staff was very rude and unhelpful in trying to figure it out.
“Too far out of center. Long walk at night.”
Charged an outrageous price for the holiday weekend of Feria de Avril. Breakfast should be included in the price regardless. Price of breakfast was exhorbitant. Found local places outside of hotel. Steps to the lobby from street carrying bags was difficult and there was never anyone to assist.
“Decent Hotel”
The hotel is located in a small lane. Better to take a taxi from the airport or the bus/ train station. But, the location is great. Easily walkable distance to most attractions. Rooms were clean. Work was going on in our floor which was a bit annoying. I wish that the front desk people, with a few exceptions, would smile a bit more and be more friendly. But, on the whole, a good hotel to stay in.
