This property was perfect for our 3 nights in Grand Cayman. The room was basic but functional and clean. Stella at the front desk was phenomenal!! She was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Thanks Stella! For families or those who want convenience, the complimentary breakfast is great. Nothing fancy, but with all the essentials to start the day off right.

The only issue we had with our stay was the wild roosters crowing from 4am and constantly all morning!!!

This hotel was a perfect place to Stay at the grand Cayman Islands. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff is exceptional. The restaurant is amazing. The pool is very very relaxing. The setting is very relaxing. I definitely give this hotel five stars all the way around.

We were in a room that was next to the bar. They had the music up so load that we couldn’t sleep. When we called the front desk about it, we were told that they left a note in our room saying there would be music! We checked in after 7 pm and there wasn’t a note! The front desk couldn’t have cared less!

Entire staff was always friendly and accommodating making our stay very pleasant. Great location close to everything. We had a car but local transportation was available when we didn’t want to drive.

Not adequate towels and wash cloths, should have an additional toilet paper in room, should not have to retrieve it. Breakfast was great, wait staff was excellent. Front lobby staff was very helpful and such a great group of people. Shuttle drivers were friendly and again very efficient.

Decent property but definitely a 3 star. Very skimpy with towels and coffee. Staff were very nice. The restaurant is adorable, French cafe meets Mediterranean cuisine with interesting and delicious mocktails.

This staff and this property was very helpful. Very nice, especially on the breakfast. Gladys and Martin went to Bob and beyond for us and everybody around us Also, the front desk personal everybody went above and beyond over roll. This property was the best.

It’s not on the beach and they don’t have beach chairs for Hampton guests. The token system to do laundry is ridiculous given the resort fees I paid. And they really need a free shuttle at least to and from the airport. I also got ripped off by a cab driver ordered by the hotel for the first time ever in my 5 trips to The Cayman Islands.

This hotel is in the middle of the 7 mile area close to shops and restaurants. The facilities are very nice, beach access is easy and a great spot to snorkel from. My one and only complaint would be the rooms closest to the pool bar can be a bit on the noisy side in the evenings.

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. Loved the outside pool area and also Ms Pipers restaurant was a great place to eat. Only complaint is trying to get the free beach chairs provided by the hotel. If you are not down the front desk by 6 am you will not get any

Allowed us to check in a bit early after an early arrival, really good restaurant in back and around. Beach area is a bit small but Governors “which has a free shuttle is easy to access”.
